We live in a world full of voices,and the study shows that children have 80% of their time in school to listen.Language development,reading,writing skills and the ability to master complex cognitive skills are directly or indirectly dependent on listening skills.In addition,listening is also the basic form of our interpersonal interaction,is the basic way of learning and development of children.Therefore,listening ability is the most basic language skills,but also the most important way of learning children.However,we often mistakenly believe that children’s listening ability can be developed naturally,do not have the system of listening training,at the same time,teachers also lack practical experience,how to specifically guide the children to listen to there is no good reference and reference Therefore,how to develop children’s listening ability,how to improve the teaching methods of teachers and so we need to seriously study.The so-called child listening ability refers to: children have to listen to the consciousness,understand the basic listening rules,can focus on listening,understand and listen to the content of a certain understanding.The The study shows that listening ability is a skill that can be taught,and early childhood is a critical period of good listening ability.According to the existing research,develop listening ability by three ways: First,inform the children,and demonstrate good listening behavior,the second is to cultivate children’s attention,the third is to teach the strategy of listening directly.In view of this,according to the characteristics of children’s ability,this article selected the children5-6 to do research object,for a period of six months of action research: First,through direct demonstration,informing children,in the context of experience so that children know good listening behavior,such as The speaker is to keep eye contact;the body forward,facing the speaker,etc.;the second is to guess the sound,listen to the sound to do the activities such as training children’s attention,the third is by listening to stories,drawing it and other activities directly to listen to the strategy,Extract keyword strategy,visualization strategy.The results show that this practice has had a positive impact on kindergarten teachers and young children.Teachers pay more attention to listening to themselves as well as the ability to listen to children’s ability to cultivate;children can be conscious of listening,listening behavior has a good change,understand the basic listening rules,understand the content of listening,learn to listen to skills,social skills Also developed.According to the results of the study,this paper also put forward the corresponding recommendations.To improve children’s listening ability,you should research and develop teaching materials in related fields,change the attitude of teachers to listen to,personalize the evaluation in a variety of situations,create an appropriate listening environment,make full use of listening stories to improve listening ability,improve children’s attention,Memory,comprehension and vocabulary.
