In recent years,microlecture in China sets off a boom,causing the majority of educational researchers' attention.As a product of network information technology in the field of education,how to use the microclecture to promote teaching and learning has becoming an urgent problem to be solved.At present,the focus of attention at home and abroad is how to use the microlecture to promote the teaching of teachers,and on the learning of microlecture is not satisfactory.In promoting lifelong learning and learning society today,self-regulated learning becomes the norm that has reaching a consensus.The emergence of microlecture,provides a wide range of self-regulated learning for learners,with unparalleled advantages.Therefore,the study of how to promote the self-regulated learning of microlecture is a valuable subject.Self-regulated learning under the environment of microlecture refers to the learners in the open learning environment,the use of network communication technology and terminal equipment provided by the learning support service system,with the help of teachers and under the guidance of their own needs,taking the initiative to determine the learning objectives,choose the learning resources,use the learning strategies,adjust the learning process and evaluate the outcomes of learning,as to carry out the meaningful learning of a style of learning.This paper adopts the research methods of literature study,observation and case study.Based on the research status of microlecture,self-regulated learning and the theory of constructivist learning theory,this paper analyzes the factors of self-regulated learning under the environment of microlecture.Based on the SWOT analysis,promote the advantages of self-regulated learning by microlecture,which discusses the relationship between microlecture and self-regulated learning.On this basis,through the introduction and analysis of Zimmerman and other people's self-regulated learning models,combined with the elements of self-regulated learning environment,under the guidance of the theory of constructivist learning theroy,construct a self-regulated learning model of microlecture environment.The model include three stages,namely goal setting and self-motivation stage,self-regulated learning stage and outcome evaluation stage,five elements which is learners,teachers,learning resources,learning media and the channel and learning environment,two systems that is named the metacognitive system and cognitive system oflearns.Through observation and case-based interviewing,the study of 2 students' self-regulated learning of microlecture shows that they had ambiguous learning goals,poor self-management and control ability,single use of learning strategies,problems in self-regulated learning assessment and lack of communication,etc.And then based on the related problems,combined with the related theory,we can analyze the the reasons through the following aspects,which the learners lack of goal consciousness and self motivation,have low level of learning strategies and low level of metacognition,and lack of self-evaluation awareness and poor interaction of self-regulated learning of microlecture.Finally,teachers and students are given strategies and suggestions from two perspectives.Teachers should guide learners to develop self-learning objectives of microlecture,focuse on the development and training of learners' metacognitive ability,enhance the learning strategy of knowledge guidance and teaching,guide learners to participate in self-learning evaluation of microlecture and to provide learners for self-learning microlecture resources.Learners should be clear that self-learning objectives and enhance self-motivation,pay attention to the development of metacognitive ability,take the learning strategies of learning and using,focus on reflection and evaluation of microlecture self-learning and active participation in microlecture independent learning interaction.Finally,this paper summarizes the results of this study,and illustrates the limitations of this study and put forward the research prospects,expectations in the follow-up study to improve and make up.
