A Study On The Promotion Of Professional Ability Of Counselors In Private Universities Of Shaanxi Province

Counselors are the important organizers and guides of college students undefined ideological and moral education,the guides of the healthy growth of college students,and a special group of colleges and universities,which have the heavy responsibility of students undefined daily management and ideological education.The professional ability of counselors is directly related to the cultivation of a large number of high-quality applied technical talents and the harmonious stability and development of the students and the school.Shaanxi,as a large province of private colleges and universities,is shouldering the important task of cultivating high quality professional talents.However,the cultivation of students undefined noble moral sentiment,the promotion of comprehensive quality and the growth and development of talents in the future are closely related to the professional ability of counselors.Therefore,this paper mainly takes the promotion of professional ability of counselors in private colleges in Shaanxi as the main research content,in order to find out the main problems,to improve the professional ability of counselors in private colleges and universities in Shaanxi,and to optimize the counselors undefined ranks.Then improve the level of talent training,promote the development of school reform and career development of counselors.Under the guidance of the theory of professional ability improvement and motivation theory of counselors,firstly,through the literature method and the investigation research method,This paper investigates the present situation of counselors undefined professional ability in some private colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province,and finds out that the counselors undefined career planning and employment guidance,Mental health education and counseling as well as crisis response and theoretical and practical research on the four major vocational ability deficiencies need to be improved.Secondly,from the government,school and personal reasons for the causes of a comprehensive,in-depth analysis,analysis found that private colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to the professional ability of counselors,schools in the recruitment and training of counselors,The unscientific management of performance evaluation and motivation is the fundamental reason for the poor professional ability of counselors.And the school reason that the counselors undefined professional ability is not strong is the complicated work of counselors,the existence of multiple leader and the practical difficulties of improving the counselors undefined professional ability.The direct reason is that the professional theoretical knowledge and skill level of counselors are not high,the accumulation of work experience is not enough,the motivation and idea of improving professional ability need to be corrected and the service consciousness is not strong.Finally,on the basis of defining the goal and the basic principles to promote the professional ability of counselors,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the three levels of individual,school and society of counselors.At the social level,through the formulation and introduction of the relevant policies for the construction of counselors in private colleges and universities,the professional admission system for counselors in private colleges and universities,the establishment of counselors undefined specialty in some colleges and universities,and the improvement of the professional social identity of counselors in private colleges and universities,etc.Break the bottleneck of system,mechanism and system,at the school level,we need to change the concept of high level,pay attention to the improvement of counselors undefined professional ability,do a good job of hiring counselors,train work,establish and perfect the evaluation system of counselors undefined performance.At the individual level,counselors need to correct motivation,change ideas,actively learn relevant professional knowledge and skills,and be good at reflection and summary.Through the three levels of concerted efforts to improve the professional ability of counselors as soon as possible better education and guide the growth of students.
