| Educators must be educated first.With the deepening of curriculum reforms,requirements of the time on primary school Chinese teachers are becoming higher and higher.Teaching competencies of primary school Chinese teachers can set an example for students to establish their own teaching competencies directly.In the meantime,it can also be one of the factors to influence the quality of education and restrict the learning style of students’transforming.The subject of this thesis is intended to be based on the reality of primary school Chinese education and comply with the requirements of the time on improving students’ teaching competencies so as to put forward the fundamental structure of primary school Chinese teachers’ teaching competencies.By deep investigation into current situation and analysis of reasons for the lack of teaching competencies of primary school Chinese teachers,the author put forward improvement strategies accordingly.The author uses teachers and students of primary school in Zhenjiang as the research object and mainly adopts the method of literature study as well as questionnaire to examine the current situation and offer suggestions.The paper is divided into three parts:introduction,body part and conclusion.The body part includes three chapters to discuss.Introduction:Explaining the reason and the significance of the topic;analyzing the present research in this field;and listing the research assumption.Chapter 1:Teaching competencies of primary school Chinese teachers.The essay interprets the concept and value of teaching competencies of teachers based on pre-existing achievement and theory practice.This essay interprets the fundamental structure of primary school Chinese teachers’ teaching competencies systematically based on pupils’ psychological characteristics.Complying with the requirements of the time,this essay aims at exploring the expectation on teaching competencies of primary school Chinese teachers from curriculum reforms.Chapter 2:An analysis of the current situation on teaching competencies of primary school Chinese teachers.This survey presupposes problems and makes the purpose,object,research methods that the survey used as well as steps of implementation clear.The author can analyze the lack of teaching competencies of primary school Chinese teachers by first-hand accounts from the survey.Chapter 3:Lack of attribution and improvement strategies of teaching competencies of primary school Chinese teachers.With the direction of relevant theory and based on the analysis of reasons for the lack of main teaching competencies of primary school Chinese teachers,the author combines education practice to explore feasible improvement strategies of teaching competencies of primary school Chinese teachers with great practical value.Conclusion:Summarizing the value and significance of the paper,and pointing out shortage and the direction of future efforts. |
