The Status Quo, Problems And Countermeasures Of Junior High School Logistics Management

Junior middle school logistics management work and junior high school teaching,scientific research is closely related to the work of the overall work that is an important part of the school.Logistics work should give full play to its teaching,research and life of teachers and students,to maintain the campus environments,to ensure the safety of campus functions,the normal operation of other work for the school to provide material securities,management is good or bad,a direct impact on the whole normal school education,teaching and management of the work carried out.Based on a large number of references on junior middle school logistics management,this paper combines Humanistic Theory,Quality Management Theory and Lean Production Theory,taking some junior middle school logistics management works of the city as an example.In the questionnaire and interview the status and the role of the logistics work have been paid attention to the theory,but in practice has not been fully implemented in place;The second is the logistics staff of the comprehensive quality has yet to be improved;Third,logistics management has not yet achieved lean management;Fourth,the operating mechanism of logistics to be improved.In order to solve the problem,some solutions are not perfect:First,the school should understand the status and role of logistics work deeply and put it into practice;Second,the logistics management workers should improve the quality of logistic management;Third,lean management;Fourth is to improve the operational mechanism of the logistics to ensure that the school logistics to be carried out smoothly,give full play to its services,education and other functions.This passage is divided into six parts:The first part is the preface,elaborating the research background,the research significance and the innovation of the topic,domestic and foreign related research summary,research theoretical basis,the definition of related concepts;The second part is research methods,including literature research method;The third part is the status of the junior middle school logistics management,including the results and analysis of the questionnaire survey,the interview results and analysis;The fourth part is the junior middle school logistics management status,the problems and causes analysis;The fifth part is to improve the junior middle school logistics management strategies,including the school should profound understanding of the status and role of logistics works,and implemented to practice,comprehensively enhance the logistics management of the comprehensive quality,improve the logistics management system,lean management,the mode of school logistics management;The sixth part is conclusion and research results.
