Competency Analysis And Training Path Research Of Logistics Engineering And Management Master Talents

Logistics industry is important support for economic and social development and an important artery of domestic and international double circulation.The rapid development of economy and society urgently need a large number of high-level logistics professionals with both virtues and talents.The question of "what kind of people to train,how to train people and for whom to train people" is,to a certain extent,the question of what kind of competencies to train professional masters in logistics engineering and management should have and how to train students to reach these competencies in order to meet the economic and social development of high-level the demand of logistics professionals.According to the Notice of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council and the Ministry of Education on the Adjustment of Engineering Professional Degree Categories in 2018,the field of logistics engineering under the former professional degree category of master of engineering was adjusted to the professional degree category of engineering management,adding the professional degree of logistics engineering and management to the field of master of engineering management.How to cultivate high-level talents urgently needed by the country and solve the contradiction of uncoordinated supply and demand of logistics talents are the urgent problems in front of the cultivation of professional master’s degree in logistics engineering and management.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the competency model,index importance and cultivation satisfaction of professional master talents in logistics engineering and management,and further propose the corresponding cultivation path.The main work and research results are as follows:(1)Through combing literature,the current situation of talent cultivation of professional master’s degree in logistics engineering and management is studied.Aiming at the reform requirements of professional degree postgraduate education and the goal of cultivating high-level logistics professionals,the setting and adjustment of logistics engineering and management majors were clarified,and the connotation of competency cultivation of professional master’s degree talents in logistics engineering and management was clarified.(2)Based on grounded theory,the competency model of logistics engineering and management master talents is constructed.In view of the demand of economic and social development for high-level logistics professionals,the opinions of relevant professionals were collected in the form of in-depth interviews,and the opinions were sorted out,coded and verified according to the degree of correlation,so as to construct a model of "the composition of competency elements of logistics engineering and management master talents in colleges and universities meeting the social needs".(3)Based on the theory of structural equation modeling,the indexes of competency of master’s degree in logistics engineering and management were analyzed from the perspective of talent demand.The data on the importance of competency indicators obtained from the questionnaire survey was used,and data analysis was conducted using AMOS23.0 to obtain a table of the importance of competency indicators,which provides an indicator importance reference for the subsequent evaluation of competency cultivation.(4)Satisfaction evaluation of the current training of talents of master’s degree in logistics engineering and management based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,combined with IPA analysis method to find the direction that should be given priority to strengthen the training.The satisfaction data on the competence cultivation of master talents in logistics engineering and management are obtained by questionnaire survey method.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze and evaluate the data to form the satisfaction table of competency indexes and analyze the shortage of current logistics talents cultivation.According to the satisfaction table of competency indicators and the importance table of indicators of master talents in logistics engineering and management,the quadrant is constructed by using IPA analysis method with the distinction of dimensions,and the direction of priority strengthening cultivation is analyzed.(5)Based on the aforementioned research analysis and combined with the actual situation,we proposed six paths for the cultivation of talent competence of master’s degree in logistics engineering and management in terms of improving cultivation system,strengthening practical cultivation,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,improving evaluation mechanism,and optimizing feedback mechanism,changing teaching methods,so as to help realize the improvement of quality and efficiency of talent cultivation of master’s degree in logistics engineering and management.
