Since 2015, teacher qualification exam will implement a national examination, which means that normal students want into the teaching profession, also we need to pass the exam, which is whether to Normal College Students or Teachers College, it is a big change and tests. "Teacher Qualification Examination Standards" for normal students from teaching ability made specific requirements, but also to move towards normal students training provides a certain role in the guidelines.In this paper, under the new "teacher qualification examination standards" imposed background, we expect to have attended teacher qualification exam normal students to investigate and analyze, understand normal students from the status quo to teach skills to discover the normal students from teaching capacity exists insufficient analysis of its causes, and thus propose targeted, can effectively improve the ability of normal students from teaching strategies, also made reference to the basis and further promote the Normal Education mode reform.During the study, the author of the first "teacher qualification examination standards" were analyzed, summarized its normal students from the basic requirements of teaching ability, in order to determine the elements from the teaching ability. After selecting the part of Hebei Normal University college normal students as the actual object of study, questionnaire survey method for normal students conducted a survey of the present situation of teaching ability, through the questionnaire statistics and analysis, found to cause normal students shortcomings from teaching ability Causes can be divided into internal factors and external causes. The main internal reasons are student teachers engaged in the teaching profession and the lack of firm belief of interest, lack of initiative career planning consciousness, understanding and other errors teacher qualification examination; and external factors mainly from Normal Colleges for Teacher Students in certain cultures deficiencies, such as curriculum unreasonable, insufficient guidance for students, internship management imperfect. Therefore, to enhance the ability of normal students from teaching should focus on these two directions start, on the one hand, normal students should raise awareness of independent culture; on the other hand, normal universities should strengthen the cultivation of normal students from teaching ability.
