A Glimpse On Japanese National Vocational Qualification Examination And Its Enlightenment To China

With the development of technology and economy, human resource is becoming more and more important. How to select the talented people? One of the answers is to use Vocational Qualification System, which is very useful and efficient. This system has been completed brilliantly in our country since1994, but also has plenty of problems. Japan, as our neighbor, owes a perfect Vocational Qualification System. So, we can learn from them to improve our system.This article consists of four parts:The first:Introduction. This section is mainly composed of five parts, including backgrounds, significances, research status, research methods and concepts.The second:Summary of Japanese Vocational Qualification System. This section analyzes the Vocational Qualification System of Japan, consisting of classification, law, management and organization.The third:Example. This section introduces the Japanese Certified Tax Agents Examination, which is composed of law, management and organization, and also points out our system’s faults.The forth:Inspiration. Considering the feathers of Japanese Vocational Qualification System and the defects of our system, this section presents four methods to remedy those problems.The originality of this thesis:Now, there are a few domestic scholars who research the Vocational Qualification System, especially the Japanese Vocational Qualification System.
