Research On The Construction And Management Operation Of The WeChat Public Platform In Dalian Universities

WeChat public platform has become the most important and powerful application functions by the most Chinese smartphones with the increasing users of WeChat year by year,meanwhile communication by WeChat becomes an indispensable daily activities.Many enterprises and institutions including government departments and institutions of higher learning have swarmed in the public platform to build their own WeChat public platforms.Especially for the colleges and universities,WeChat public platform may not only win a high reputation,but enhance interaction among the students as well.WeChat has become another type of campus official media after the campus micro-blog and campus network.Being a new thing,some unavoidable problems are constantly exposed in the operation and management of WeChat by many universities so that the efficiency of the function is seriously affected.Thus how to increase the efficiency of operation so that WeChat may become useful tool for the universities to manage technically is the most problem they have to deal with urgently.The paper makes 27 universities in Dalian which have set up WeChat public platform as the targets of studying.The paper sums up some issues in constructing WeChat public platform by the universities,such as uneven level of development,resource duplication,following the trend of consumption,etc.Some problems are found through the empirical analysis of population samples and typical independent samples.These problems are the absence of scientific management mechanism,the lack of professional operation team,the balanced management and operation,the contradiction between supply and demand,the main body of fuzzy positioning and confusion of functional modules.The paper gives some suggestions and methods on improving the construction of WEChat and increasing the efficiency of operation,as well as some measurements on sstablishing a scientific and effective platform for the management of WeChat public platform system,the construction of professional technical team,strengthening the promotion of original content,precising the fuctions.
