Research On The Operation Mode Of Table Tennis Club In Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone

The general secretary Hu Jintao proposed the watchword of establishing Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone.At the first year of the 12 th Five Year Plan,the watchword was put forward as a national development strategy and much higher expectation was raised to Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone in the 13 th Five Year Plan.The economic development of Zone has played a significant role in Shandong Province.With the enhancement of people's living standard and exercise awareness,physical exercise is being popular with more and more people.As the national ball of China,table tennis has a profound foundation and its economy takes an important part in sports economy.However,Chinese table tennis clubs appeared so late that there are plenty of problems in its operation and management.This thesis made a detailed research in problems existing in the operation process of table tennis club in Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone via literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis on the basis of previous studies.And the chain operation model and its characteristic were studied by the example of Shandong Lexuan table tennis club.The chain operation models was elevated and its implementation was analyzed.It is concluded that:(1)The operation model of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone is very single and the related facilities are incomplete.The management model of human resources: high-quality and senior managers are absent and most of the majors of managers are neither physical education nor management.Education background of the coach is so poor and their skill level is low.Customers are not satisfied with their trainer or the whole club.(2)The operation model of Shandong Lexuan table tennis club: department are set up reasonably and their responsibilities are clearly assigned,and it is variously advertised.The management model of human resources: high-quality and senior managers are necessary,the coaches have good background,Customers are well communicated with each other via kinds of competitions and activities.(3)The range of management are enlarged and the development cycle are shortened in the Shandong Lexuan table tennis club.It is concluded that the chain operation model of table tennis club can work in the Zone.The economic benefits and the level of management of the club can be improved,and the vitality and competitiveness can be enhanced to realize the sustainable development of the club.(4)In order to contribute to the operation,it is necessary to pay attention to the brand effect and strengthen the personal training.And innovation,personalized management,and the accident strain capacity are necessary.The career of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone will be promoted to a new peak by the unity of different clubs and the good market order.
