The textbook is the core element of basic education curriculum and teaching field.Its quality monitoring is the core task of assessment reform of basic education curriculum.The alignment with curriculum standard is the core index of examining textbook quality.As a very important part of the primary school mathematics textbooks,exercises play a vital role in consolidating knowledge,expanding thinking,diagnosis remedy and so on.The analysis of the alignment with curriculum standard is not only an important item of the quality monitoring of the whole textbooks,but also in favor of improving the exercises quality,changing the situation that teachers and students make use of exercises in a repeated and inefficient way,so as to bring into play the benefits of the exercises.It is also beneficial to improve the process of teaching practice and promote the improvement of education quality and the effective development of students.This article selects primary school mathematics grade 4 textbooks published by People’s Education Press as the research object,and uses Webb’s and SEC’s model to analysis the alignment of exercises and the mathematics curriculum standard of compulsory education.The conclusions are as followings:according to the Webb’s pattern,the field of number and algebra weakly reflect the alignment in the dimension of balance of representation.The three fields of number and algebra,graphics and geometry,statistics and probability reach the acceptable level in the dimensions of category alignment,depth of knowledge alignment,range of knowledge correspondence,balance of representation,and the level of the alignment of exercise and curriculum standard is high.By referring SEC’s pattern,there is no alignment between exercises and curriculum standard.In content theme,exercises are consistent with the curriculum standard,they are not beyond the scope of content standards in curriculum standard,in cognitive level,there is some difference,compared to the more balanced requirements of curriculum standards in the three levels of understanding,comprehending,mastering,exercises more emphasis on the requirements in the levels of comprehending and mastering,they also play more attention to the requirement of a higher level in using.On the basis of this,the paper analyzes the factors that may affect the alignment of the exercises and the curriculum standard from four aspects of the coding level,the curriculum standard itself,the textbook preparation and the alignment analysis tool.It mainly centers on the inadequate understanding of the encoding of curriculum standard and textbook exercises in the content and cognitive levels;In curriculum standard,the definition of students’ cognition is vague,the classification of action verbs is not accurate enough,the description of the content standards is not specific enough,and it also lacks of academic achievement evaluation;Intextbook exercises,the definition of cognitive level is not clear,the exercises are not properly arranged,and the type is single.The problems existing in the two analysis tools of Webb and SEC are the reasons too.Then try to put forward the corresponding suggestion.Such as improving the coding level,improving the curriculum standards,improving the preparation of mathematical exercises and developing local consistency analysis tools.
