In June 2001,China promulgated the programmatic document of curriculum reform — "Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program(Trial)",which clearly states: "National curriculum standards are the basis for textbook writing, teaching, evaluation and examination propositions. It is the foundation of the national management and evaluation curriculum." This requires that the textbook writing is consistent with the curriculum standards. However, the textbook is an important medium for curriculum reform, and it is the embodiment of the quality of curriculum reform. The textbook is an important product of the curriculum standardization, and its writing should meet the requirements of the curriculum standards.Exercises are an important part of the textbook and have a certain influence on the quality of teachers' teaching and the efficiency of students' learning. Therefore, the study of the consistency of teaching materials and curriculum standards has certain research significance, can find out the problems and propose corresponding improvement suggestions. This paper mainly focuses on the PEP(People's Educastion press),the BNUP(Beijing Normal University Press)and the HEP(Hunan Education Press)junior middlle school mathematics textbook “statistics and probability” exercises and compulsory education mathematics curriculum standards(2011 edition)as the research object, from the three aspects of overall consistency, content theme and cognitive process.Analyze and compare the statistics of the three versions with the consistency between the probability exercises and the curriculum standards;Secondly, referring to the two dimensions of the SEC model, combining the research content and the curriculum standards to classify the behavioral verbs, construct a two-dimensional framework of the content subject x cognitive process, and present the coding results in a tabular manner; Finally, the coding results are processed using SPSS,MATLAB,and EXCEL software. This paper mainly uses literature analysis method, content analysis method and statistical analysis method to compare and analyze the consistency between the three versions of textbook statistics and probability exercises and curriculum standards, and draws the following conclusions:1.Using the Porter consistency index formula to calculate the consistency coefficient between the three versions of the junior high school mathematics textbook and the curriculum standards, the consistency coefficient of the PEP,BNUP and HEP can be 0.6808,0.6017,0.6624,respectively.Values,it can be seen that the "Statistics and Probability" exercises of the PEP and the HEP are consistent with the curriculum standards, while the consistency of the BNUP is weak;2.Through the analysis of the terrain deviation map and the surface map,the overall consistency of the “Statistics and Probability” content exercises and curriculum standards of the PEP and HEP is better than that of the BNUP;3.Through the comparison and analysis of the content subject histogram, the distribution of the teaching materials and curriculum standards of the HEP is more consistent than the PEP and the BNUP;4.The three versions of “statistical and probabilistic” content exercises are basically consistent in terms of cognitive level, and there are subtle gaps in a certain dimension;the three versions of the textbook exercises and curriculum standards pay attention to the two levels of "understanding" and "mastery",but for the "understanding" level of examination, the three versions of the textbook exercises are lower than the requirements of the curriculum standards.
