With the rapid development and transformation of society,people have increasingly emphasized the importance of science,knowledge,status and wealth.Education inevitably will be affected by social utilitarianism.As a teacher in senior middle school,I found middle schools of HeYuan city and its most counties have been ran by a fully enclosed management model..Why do the educational administrators favor the management of this type?what are the advantages of it?By observing and summarizing,I found the high marks and school enrollment rate is still the primary pursuit of these schools,isolation and constraints are the key characteristics of theses schools' management.However,what is the true state of our students'survival in such a campus,what kind of students should be the pursuit of our education training.With these questions,I began to start the study of this paper.The first chapter is an introduction part of this study.It includes expounding the background of the rise of enclosed management model and what pursuit should our education fight for,explaining the purpose and significance of this study,clarifying the two theoretical foundations of this study.Besides,the author also points out the main contents and methods of this study,defines the key concepts "school enclosed management model","the survival state of middle school students" of this study,analyzes the dimensional structure of the design basis,summarizes the relevant materials that the writer have read.The second chapter of this study is mainly about the survey among the students from senior 1 to senior 3 in H Senior High School in HeYuan,which analyzes students' campus survival status about three aspects:the natural life,the spiritual life,the social life.The result of this study shows that students' survival state needs more attention and improvement under the enclosed management model.Problems,such as less sleep,less physical excises,poor quality of diet in natural life,the lack of participation in class activities,badly learning in some subjects,the low level of participation in schools' associations in spiritual life,less parent-child communication,less social practice in social life,are more prominent and obvious.The last chapter of the study;the author puts forward some personal thoughts and conclusions based on the result of previous research.First of all,the author analyzes the reasons of the problems presented in the second chapter,including three aspects:First,education alienates what is called true education because of the social utilitarianism.Second,the limitations of enclosed management model,its separation and constraints bring the alienation from the real world.Thirdly,school educators stick to the traditional educational ideas and concept,Jack humanistic concern to students.Through these analysis,the author offer some measures to improve students' school life:first,improve the quality of school environment,pay attention to students' daily life including eating,sleeping,sun sports.second,optimize the teaching management,be concerned about students' personal needs.The textbook should be restructured,school-based textbook should be created,improve the efficiency of learning in the lessons and reduce the learning burden on the students,establish multidimensional evaluation of students,form an atmosphere of equality,democracy,self-management in class and construct an open,various,planned class activity system to meet the needs of students'development.Third,enhance the culture construction of the campus,manage teachers and students with a fair and democratic principle,break through the existing closed system to give students more freedom,widen students' accesses to get information,optimize after-school activities,strengthen the relations among school,family and community.The innovation of this study is to combine the closed management model with the survival meaning of human in philosophy,to examine the living state of students on campus with the perspective of survival philosophy,to discover the root of the alienation from true education,to reconsider the survival meaning of man.
