Research On Life Education Based On College Students’ Growth

The purpose of life education is to guide people to the correct understanding of life,so that the educated can explore the course of life,deal with the challenges of life,harvest the growth of life,and then understand and create the meaning and value of life.The study of life education from the perspective of college students is not limited to life education in the natural dimension,but also creates space for college students in the social and spiritual dimensions through life education.This is of great significance for improving the realm of life and deeply planting life education.To this end,this article focuses on the following four aspects of life education research based on college students:The first part mainly explains the theoretical connotation of life education in depth.A profound theoretical understanding of the connotation and source of life education is an important foundation of this research.This part starts with the structure of life,it is clear that life is the unity of natural life,social life and spiritual life,and then reveals the three levels of life education,namely,education derived from life itself,education to establish life connections,education to improve the quality of life.According to the connotation of life and life education,the theoretical origin of life education is explained from three levels of natural life,social life,and spiritual life,laying a theoretical foundation for follow-up research.The second part mainly analyzes the life difficulties in college students,and points out the necessity and urgency of carrying out life education based on college students.This section starts from the outstanding life difficulties faced by college students and clarifies the universal life difficulties of college students’ natural life,social life,and spiritual life,so as to point out that the physical and mental development,social development,and spiritual growth of college students all need life education.It provides a realistic basis for the construction of life education content and the choice of life education principles and methods.The third part mainly conceives the content of life education based on the growth of college students.This part designs and constructs the content of life education based on the life difficulties and realistic needs of the college students,that is,to maintain the healthy growth of natural life,promote the overall growth of social life,and promote the conscious growth of spiritual life.Help college students to effectively solve their growing life difficulties,realize the balanced development of natural life,social life,and spiritual life,and become a three-dimensional growth person.The fourth part is mainly to promote the overall growth of college students’ life,and determine the principles and methods of life education.If the content of life education plays a value guiding role in the formation of college students’ view of life,then the principles and methods of life education are the basis and guarantee for its specific implementation.Therefore,when carrying out life education,the principles and methods of life education should be carefully selected and skillfully used.This part first starts with the needs of college students,establish the principles of life education.Combine life education with curative education and developmental education,theoretical education and practical education,holistic education and individual education.Secondly,pay attention to the daily life of the college students,innovate the methods of life education,and carry out life education through the counseling method,the classic recitation method,the practical education method,and the emotional experience method.Thereby improving the effectiveness of life education for college students and promoting the overall development of college students.
