| In the world,the rapid development of information technology and social economy makes the relationship between the students and the society and other people become more and more closely.In recent years,with the continuous progress of China’s basic education curriculum reform,the development of students’ personality has become the direction of the current reform of education.Attention to the development of students’ personality is to tap the potential of students,so that students’ personality quality,interests and special skills can get the best development of optimization.In this dynamic process,the class is an important place for students to create opportunities,develop their potential and realize the socialization and individuation.In class life,students are increasingly eager to get an opportunity to play their autonomy.However,Inherent models in the class construction still limits the development of students’ personality,and class construction is conservative,breaking away from personality characteristics of the class members and lack of innovative consciousness.These disadvantages has led to the lack of subjectivity in the class construction,the initiative of participating in class affairs is not high,and lack of sense of ownership.A breakthrough to breaking the inherent pattern and innovative class construction is to build a "characteristic class".This paper tries to combine the primary school self-management methods and the characteristic class construction,through the problems existing in the traditional class management and construction,and the analysis of the connotation and features of the self-management class,then preliminary to create an experimental class which is characterized by self-management,and to explore the strategy of "self-management" characteristic class in primary school.The innovation of this paper is to give full play to the advantages of the self-management modes and the characteristic evaluation system,and integrate self-management into characteristic class construction.The writer try to create a "self-management" characteristic class which plays a demonstration role in its school,and construct creation mode of "self-management" characteristic class in primary school.Then it can achieve the goal of students’ self-development and self-management.The writer hopes that this paper would provide some reference experience for other classes,and promote the process of the school characteristic class construction. |
