The state advocates the primary and secondary schools to run their own characteristics,cultivate innovative talents,diversified development,all kinds of characteristic classes came into being.Class management affects the development of class and the growth of students.In order to explore the class management of characteristic classes in ordinary high school,this study takes the characteristic class of life science in N middle school in Nanchang as the research object,adopts the method of literature,narrative research,interview,etc.Observation method and other research methods,after understanding the relevant background and ideas of running a school,collecting the class management stories of teacher L in charge of the class,selecting 8 out of them,establishing the core team of the class collective,daily management of the class,individual education,Select and restate teacher L from class activities and other angles The class manages the story and reconstructs the story in this order.Under the guidance of multiple intelligences theory,humanistic management theory and group dynamics theory,this study analyzes the class story of the characteristic class,and interprets and ponders the class management behavior of L teacher in the light of the theory of multiple intelligences,the theory of humanistic management and the theory of group dynamics.Excavate L teacher's class management idea: take the student as the foundation,attach importance to the cultivation education,the characteristic educates the person,permeates the discipline teaching into the class management.At the same time,it is found that the characteristic class of life science in this school is in the initial stage of development,which has the following problems: first,the college entrance examination restricts the students' subjective development;secondly,the class activity of the characteristic class revolves around "life".However,it can not systematically reflect the characteristics of life science subject,which is strong in life activity and weak in specialty,and the management system of the special class is short of pertinence in the end.With the reform of the new college entrance examination,the change ofexamination mode and admission system brings opportunities for the development of characteristic classes.Based on the analysis of the class management of the life science characteristic class in N middle school,this paper establishes the students' main position and promotes the development of the characteristic class in the ordinary high school.The paper puts forward the following suggestions: first,strengthen the student's main body position,Then enrich the content and form of activities,improve the management system to ensure the development of characteristics.Hope to provide reference and help for future work.
