Objective:with the rapid development of knowledge economy, science and technology of our society.Automation and sedentary lifestyle become more and more accepted. Sedentary cause a adverse effect on human health which caused a lot of harm to man. Female graduate students in colleges and universities belong to a kind of typical sedentary people. They are in a period of high learning pressure.Academic or experiment research makes them in a long-term sedentary life state, but the related studies of this kind of students in China is still blank. Therefore, this research mainly test their body composition, movement ability and the movement of some physiological indexes to search the effect of sedentary to them. Resulting in increased the health consciousness of sedentary female graduate student’s. To provides the theory basis for reasonable way of body-buildup for sedentary female graduate students.Methods:This paper adopts the method of random sampling in the form of a questionnaire of four universities female graduate students to investigate, select sedentary standard female graduate students and factor of influence on the sedentary survey points. Finally, the experimental group (sedentary female graduate students) and the control group (not sedentary female graduate students) with South Korea the body composition analyzer Inbody3.0, this experiment adopts the South Korea South Korea ultrasonic bone mineral density tester Sonost-2000, the indicators of measuring body composition, urine analyzer USES German h/p/cosmos of professional sport run, Japan anaerobic power cycling test/training POWERMAX -v II and the measurement of blood oxygen saturation meter movement ability of the indicators, the indicators by Excell data statistics and finishing with spss19.0 software for data analysis.Results:1) Female graduate students in universities are typical sedentary female graduate students.Most people’s neck, shoulder, waist and back to varying degrees of pain.Realizing that sedentary will harm to human body, but for various reasons they did not adopt a scientific and convenient sedentary intervention system.2) There is no significant difference between the experimental group and control group in height, weight and swelling index (P> 0.05).In addition, the indicators of the rest of the test (P< 0.01) were extremely significant differences,3) To compare two groups of data,we found that sedentary female graduate student’s bone mass is generally low, and some people have been suffering from the symptoms of osteoporosis.4)After exercise, the GLU, NIT, BLD have no obvious change than before of two groups.After exercise,some urine PRO, URO have significant change than before in experimental group.Show the false negative and attaches great importance to the cause.5) The heart rate, respiratory quotient and FO2 Max of experimental group is lower than that of control group (P< 0.01) after professional sports running platform exercise. The experimental values of maximum power, average power value, maximum value is below than the control group (P< 0.01) and there is extremely significant difference.6) Two groups of subjects were in complete control of adverse symptoms is relatively small. And the experimental group need longer time to resume, the performance of sports ability are relatively weak.Conclusion:The long-term sedentary lifestyle of female graduate students in universities has casued different degree of adwerse effects to the body. The sedentary graduate has realised that but they did not take intervention measures for various reasons.The body compositions of sedentary female graduate student include fat, fat percentage, body mass index (BMI) in waist-to-hip ratio. Their fat weights are higher than those in the control group. On the contrary, their indicators of basal metabolic rate, total protein, moisture, muscle and bone mineral density are lower than the control group. Sedentary female graduate students1 body are fat and most of the accumulation of fat store in the abdomen. Lacking of moisture, protein, etc in the body caused low basal metabolic rate, blood, organization update slow and the metabolism of the body slow down. Sedentary female graduate students have lower bone mineral density and relative with osteoporosis. In the experimental group after exercise and uric bravery former rise which is big, attaches great importance to it.Through professional treadmill test,sedentary female graduate students’ vo2Max and oxygen ability in a lower level. Through the anaerobic power bicycle test,their maximum power and lower average power of anaerobic capacity is low.In the process of exercise,the female graduate students have a strong sense of discomfort and recovery of heart rate and blood oxygen saturation after exercise.From the above results, it can be concluded that the sports ability of the sedentary female graduate students is relatively weak.
