| This paper is mainly to understand the experimental research of the effect of aerobic boxing exercise on body shape and body composition through the effect of 12 weeks of aerobic boxing exercise on the indicators of body shape and body composition of female college students.Through the comparative analysis of the test results before and after the experiment,the influence of aerobic boxing exercise on the body shape and body composition of female college students is analyzed.It provides theoretical and practical reference.Fifty sophomore female students of Huazhong Agricultural University were selected as experimental subjects.The subjects were divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,with 25 people in each group.The experimental group used aerobic boxing exercise for 12 weeks,4 times a week,45 minutes each time.The control group did not carry out any other sports except the regular physical education class once a week in the school.The female college students in the two groups were required to eat normally as before the experiment during the entire experimental period.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods to analyze the body shape and body composition of female college students in the experimental group after aerobic boxing exercise and the female students in the control group without aerobic boxing exercise.Changes are studied,and the research results are obtained by statistical and comparative analysis of the data before and after the experiment.Research result:(1)In terms of body shape: after 12 weeks of aerobic boxing exercise,the subjects in the experimental group had a higher body weight,left and right upper arm circumference,waist circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,and BMI compared with those before the experiment.Significantly decreased(P<0.05);subjects’ hip circumference increased significantly(P<0.05);subjects’ height,left and right thigh circumferences did not change significantly,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the control group’s There was no significant change in each index of body shape compared with before the experiment(P>0.05).(2)In terms of body composition: after 12 weeks of aerobic boxing exercise,the body fat percentage of the experimental group decreased from 25.76±2.62 before the experiment to 22.3±2.16,and the skeletal muscle increased from 24.02±2.05 kg before the experiment to 24.02±2.05 before the experiment.26.11±1.83 after the experiment,there is a significant difference(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in body fat percentage and skeletal muscle in the control group(p>0.05).Analysis conclusion:(1)The circumference indicators of the waist and left and right upper arms of female college students in the experimental group decreased to a certain extent.After the female college students in the experimental group underwent aerobic boxing exercises,their hip circumference increased,their waist circumference decreased,and their hip circumference increased.Making the waist-to-hip ratio smaller allows the human body to achieve a more symmetrical and coordinated shape.(2)Aerobic boxing exercise can effectively reduce the body fat percentage of female college students,and achieve the purpose of losing weight.(3)Aerobic boxing exercise can increase the skeletal muscle of female college students,which shows that 12 weeks of aerobic boxing exercise can not only reduce the body fat,but also increase the skeletal muscle of the human body.The study recommends:(1)Choose the appropriate exercise mode according to the purpose of their own movement.(2)Choose the appropriate training content according to the different experimental objects.(3)It is recommended that colleges and universities promote aerobics exercises into physical education classes. |
