Recent years, our college student-physical problem is outstanding, their speed, endurance, flexibility, power quality, decrease year by year, and obesity has become a real problem, among which obesity problem of college students is very serious and it has effected physical and mental health of college students. The current research is mainly from the training load arrangement (heart rate) of exercise on obesity intervention, besides, the main research contents about energy metabolism is to explore the energy metabolism characteristics, mechanism theory from different sports. However, research from the perspective of energy metabolism on body composition of obese college students is rare. This paper discusses the impact on the exercise intervention to obesity students from the aspect of energy metabolism. This paper investigates obesity students exercising situation from literature, questionnaire, experiments and mathematical statistics, and then collect, count, analyze the data. The research results show that:1. Through the analysis of the theory of energy metabolism of exercise principle, we determine a long time but low intensity exercise, with the consumption in the range of 330Kcal-670Kcal each time. Through analysis of reasons of obesity, we know that the obesity students are lacking of exercises.By making a theoretical analysis of the exercise intervention program, the obese students’ exercise should base on aerobic exercise combining with strength training, which should be three times a week and no less than 60 minutes.2. Develop mode of motion, time, means via motion energy metabolism of forward channel, and through analyzing the feedback of experiment results we modify the program, based on which, we design the experiment plan. We selected body shape, function, body composition to set the energy consumption scope through training methods, contents, regulations, group time specific exercise intervention program.3.The experiment results showThe first round of the exercise intervention results show that waistline different from before. Before the experiment the waistline is 96.48±5.12cm, and after the experiment it changes into 91.37+4.62 cm P< 0.05. The function index,FVC index before and after the experiment there is no significant difference. The body composition index, the contents of fat, muscle weight, obesity degree differs greatly from before, among which the contents of fat fall from 27.92±6.09kg to 26.45±5.1kg.The second round of the exercise intervention results show that body shape index: weight, waistline are significantly different from before, the body weight fall from 79.85±6.55kg to 72.70±6.60kg,and the vital capacity changes from2 670±320.78ml to 3015±269.72ml.The percentage of body fat, total protein, inorganic salt content have significant differences from before, muscle weight changes from 48.90±7.09Kg to 51.24±6.98Kg.Advise:1.We should interfere the obese college students from different aspects to improve their health.2.Improve the research of the principle of weight loss, obese causes, exercise intervention program and it differs from person to person.3. Improve the understanding of the exercise theory of losing diet healthy and physical exercises to form a habit of exercising.Research limitations and future researchIn this research, there are also some limitations, for example, the control of outside intervention is not comprehensive, and we don’t have further discussion of the cause of obesity. We will improve in the future.
