Research On The Information Construction Of University Archives Management In Shenzhen In The New Period

With the continuous progress of electronic information technology, information technology has gradually become an important means of modern social development and the symbol of the times. As an important part of archives management, the level of university archives management information is an important measure of the modernization degree of the university archives management modernization degree. It is necessary to develop and improve the construction of university archives information. However, like other regions of our country, there are still some problems in the construction of the university archives management information in Shenzhen. In this case, this paper selects some colleges and universities in Shenzhen as the research object, analyses present situation and main problems of university archives management information construction in Shenzhen, and put forwards the corresponding improvement measures, it has important theoretical and practical significance to promote the construction of the university archives management information in Shenzhen and other area.According to the theory of the university archives management information, comprehensive application of theory and empirical analysis, case study and survey analysis, the paper discussed the problem of the construction of the university archives management information in Shenzhen in new period.
