With the proposed "Internet", intelligent manufacturing, and other national strategies, along with the development of "mass innovation, entrepreneurship Peoples" idea, basic education in order to meet the new requirements of the reform is also facing a new topic. This paper introduces the training mode of education in primary and secondary schools to carry out creative education, the implementation of the model is composed of three parts:a hardware platform creative education, software tools creative education and progressing teaching experimental teaching material system.Based on Scratch and Arduino hardware as the basic prototype design and implemented a set of teaching experiment platform for encouraging and the realization of the education way to create the conditions. In the newly creative education platform for Scratch software functionality was extended and localized, draw lessons from the Arduino hardware expansibility, integrated design and making the conform to the application of primary and secondary schools of innovation experiment box. Through the development of experimental materials, verify the Scratch software extension and Arduino hardware expansion between the feasibility and availability of communication with each other. Currently in Shaanxi Normal University six undergraduates, two graduate students and two vocational colleges teachers according to the experimental part of the tutorial verifies the practical work on the effect of the new teaching experiment platform, progress from the point of view, proved this thesis work has better practicability and innovation can provide the supporting role of primary and secondary education.
