| Objective to explore the different occupations and different age groups and different professional degree of labor and different occupations of energy consumption level of Guiyang city young women vocational physical activity and physical(including total score of physical fitness and the body mass index) correlation.Research objects and methods this study used stratified random sampling method to extract the 20-39 year old young women in Guiyang City, 2848. Using literature research status at home and abroad, through test method to obtain the physical condition of young females in Guiyang city. Through the investigation method of the questionnaire obtained physical activity of young females in Guiyang City, the completed questionnaires and test data of consolidation, analysis and research by mathematical statistics method.Results 1) the average energy consumption of the young women in Guiyang city was 1517.2Kcal/d. In accordance with the four types of physical activity energy consumption size mean sort: occupational physical activity energy consumption > housework physical activity energy consumption > Traffic physical activity energy expenditure > leisure time physical activity energy consumption. With the increase of the age group, the total energy consumption of the young women in Guiyang city was first decreased and then increased. With the increase of the degree of occupational labor, the energy consumption of the occupational physical activity of young women in Guiyang increased gradually. Specific to different occupations, the military’s occupational physical activity energy consumption is the highest, the unit responsible for the production and transport of personnel of the lowest amount of physical activity. 2)Guiyang young women’s physical fitness compliance rate of 73.6%, pass rate > fail rate > good rate > excellent rate. With the increase of age group, their physical fitness rate and good and above percentage showed a decline in the trend of the first decline, and the excellent rate of physical fitness with the increase of age groups and gradually decreased. 20-24 year old group of young women the best physique(P<0.05), 30-34 years of age group of the worst physical fitness(P<0.05). After partial correlation analysis, 25-29 years old group and 35-39 years old group, Guiyang young women’s professional physical activity energy consumption and physical fitness total score was positively correlated(P<0.05), the correlation coefficient was 0.70 and 0.69 respectively. 3) with the increase of the degree of occupational labor, the percentage of physical fitness of young women in Guiyang city and the percentage of good and above are gradually increasing, the rate of physical fitness increases first and then decreases with the increase of the degree of professional labor. The constitution of young women of the middle- and- heavy mixed occupation was significantly better than that of the other two kinds of professional working women(P<0.05). Physique indexes of light working group of young women in the three groups were poor; secondary vocational work of young women of lumbodorsal muscles significantly better in light of professional labor group. In heavy mixed type level of occupational labor young women of the body mass index for three groups of the best. By partial correlation analysis, the energy consumption of the occupational physical activity of the medium- heavy mixed type professional work was positively correlated with their constitution(P<0.05), and the correlation coefficient was 0.65. 4) the constitution of the young women of different occupations in Guiyang City, the constitution of the soldiers was significantly better than that of the other young women(P<0.05), followed by farmers and clerks. The lowest total physical fitness is the production of transport personnel, technical personnel and unit responsible person. Most of the military physical fitness indicators are the best of the 8 professions, only the ability to balance the balance is significantly worse than the production and transportation of personnel and farmers(P<0.05). The occupational physical activity energy consumption of the workers, the peasants and the production and transportation personnel and their physical fitness were all divided into positive correlation(P<0.05), the correlation coefficient was 0.59, 0.54 and 0.73 respectively. Conclusion the energy consumption of the young women in Guiyang city is in the normal range of energy consumption of the human body. According to the different types of physical activity consumption, the energy consumption of Guiyang young women’s professional physical activity is the highest, and the energy consumption is the least. Have reached the standard of young women in Guiyang city of more than 70% of the constitution, which group of 20-24 years physical best, the age group of young women of occupational physical activity energy consumption for four groups highest, 30-34 years old group of the constitution the worst, their occupational physical activity energy dissipation consumption is the lowest among four groups. The relationship between occupational physical activity energy consumption and physical fitness of young women in Guiyang city was the most closely related to the degree of labor. The occupational physical activity energy consumption level of the workers, peasants and the production and transportation personnel has already reached the level of promoting the development of physical fitness. |
