| With the development of society, the people’s living standards are increasing. This new way of life and the surging pressure of survival have exerted an influence on the subtle influence of human body functions. The emergence of various chronic diseases shows a trend of younger development. This group of college students shoulder the burden of building the motherland, but the worrying physical condition is a barrier to the development of college students.Especially for female college students, bad habits of life and severe lack of physical activity have had an impact on their health. At present,it is generally believed that cardiovascular chronic diseases are highly correlated with physical activity. At present, these diseases are young in China. The development trend is very necessary for the study of college girls. Therefore, this study selected 6 girls from different types of colleges and universities in Beijing as the experimental subjects.Through the measurement of height, weight,BMI and waist-hip ratio, the body shape of female college students was assessed.Body morphology was the external appearance to evaluate health.Through the evaluation of body morphology,it can be seen whether the proportion of body height and weight is normal, whether there is fat accumulation in viscera and other issues.Through physical activity monitoring and vascular function testing, combined with questionnaires and interviews,we conducted a comprehensive assessment of physical activity status and vascular function status of female college students in Beijing, combined with questionnaires and interviews to identify the influencing factors of the status quo,and finally through physical activity. The correlation analysis of vascular function explored the influence of physical activity of female college students on vascular function, and found out the health benefits brought by different grades of physical activity, which provided a theoretical basis for guiding female college students in scientific exercise. The results of the study show that the height and weight of female university students in Beijing are higher than the national average, resulting in a variety of reasons. The distribution of BMI grades is good.Of the 1,232 people who participated in the test,23 are obese, accounting for the total The proportion of 1.7%;physical activity monitoring results:female college students light physical activity time 72.84min daily, medium and high intensity physical activity time 41.99min,medium and high intensity physical activity time 45.17min.Physical activity at different levels has reached the international recommended time,it is worth mentioning that the average daily sit-in time is 852.84min,sedentary time is too long;the use of CAVI and ABI indicators in vascular function measurement,CAVI index 10.9%of people In the state of vascular elasticity,it is worthwhile for young students to be alert to the occurrence of vascular diseases. The ABI index detected 121 cases of left vascular occlusion, accounting for 9.6%of the total subjects, and the number of patients with suspected left iliac artery occlusions A total of 365 cases, accounting for 30%of the total subjects, showed no vascular calcification;in the analysis of the correlation between CAVI and physical activity, the CAVI index was positively correlated with sedentary and inactive time, and the fluctuation was greatest at 600 min and 1000 min.The longer the sitting time, the worse the elasticity of the blood vessels. The CAVI index was negatively correlated with the duration of high-and medium-intensity physical activity. The vascular elasticity improved with the increase of physical activity.Through research and analysis,it is recommended that female college students conduct regular physical activity for more than 30 minutes every day to establish good living habits.Colleges and universities should establish effective measures for the prevention and intervention of students with chronic diseases to cope with the trend of rejuvenation of cardiovascular diseases,so that scientific and reasonable Physical activity brings the greatest health benefits to students. |
