The mode of ‘Less Teaching,More Learning;Plain Input,Deep Output' in our school consists of six key teaching processes,which are scene experience,self-study in class,group cooperation,raising questions,standard training and knowledge extension.Its basic characteristic are to let students become the subject of study and to promote the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom.Therefore,this mode can promote the mutual development of teachers and students,and can cultivate the spirits of cooperation among students as well.The mode is mainly base on theories of constructivism,humanism and teacher efficacy.The mode is implemented in No.2 Senior Middle School in Taixing,Jiangsu Province now.Through the investigation,it is found that there are some difficulties in the operation of the model.The reasons for the difficulties are as follows.Firstly,from the school,the mode lacks adequate base of common teachers so that many teachers reject its operation.Then from the aspect of teachers,the teachers' professional teaching skills,management of students and teaching theories all have to be further improved.At last,from the students',because the self-management consciousness in students is weak,students themselves must heighten the self-management level.In order to better promote the teaching mode of our school,the school,teachers and students must take actives measures according to the problems found in the study.The school should construct the teaching mode scientifically and strengthen the implementation and management of the model.Teachers are supposed to focus on management theory study to advance the interior power of teacher's initiative development and improve classroom teaching management ability.Students should strengthen self-management awareness and self-management ability.
