| At the end of twentieth century, the popularization of nine-year compulsory education and the expansion of colleges and universities, have lighted the demand of the high school education, which is between compulsory education and higher education and were in slow rate of development: on the one hand, a large number of complete nine-year compulsory education of the students hope to accept further education, the high school education. On the other hand, the expansion of higher education objectively requires a large number of high school students. In addition, as the economy and the improvement of living condition roars, more and more families can afford more educational expenses to pursue high school education or even the higher education.
