With the deeper development of quality education in middle school teaching proce ss,contemporary society is eager for higher comprehensive quality on the individual,the reupon Chinese education demand a higher level of teaching method on middle school Chinese composition. Material based composition, as the main propositional form of Chinese composition in middle school as well as an important form of the current col lege entrance examination composition, demanding reading, understanding, logical think ing and language expression ability on the specified material, is a good way to cultiv ate the students' comprehensive quality on Chinese language.Therefore, material based composition is playing a very important role in middle school Chinese teaching,attracti ng more and more attention from education researchers and teachers.This paper, based on the current composition teaching in the middle school, adopts a comprehensive rel ative research on material based composition.There are many problems on the teaching method of material based composition when we review the current material based co mposition teaching situation in the middle school, such as irrational propositional form s of the paper makers,dull and stereotypical teaching methods of teachers, improper co nception, single perspective, lack of accumulation of material composition of the stude nts,etc.therefore,this paper at first analyzes the problems and its causes from three pros pects:the propositional forms,teaching methods and students' construal operations,then p ut forward the correspon-ding teaching strategies.First,propositional forms should be im proved, making a balance among clear directivity, stipulation and openness, closing to the student life, paying attention to rational thinking,etc.Second,we should cultivate the students' subject consciousness on composition writing,and teachers should update the idea,respecting students' expression; third, the teachers should Combine students speak ing,reading and writing both inside and outside the classroom,stimulate students interest, help students expand their horizons,enrich writing resources and instruct students' pers onalized thinking,to improve the students' construal ability of topic conception.Most im portantly, teachers should tailor their teaching method to the basic type of the material composition.this paper mainly analyzes the fable,examples,commentary, poetry, comic class five main type of material based composition, study the different characteristics of the five basic types of material based composition, and then put forward the corres ponding teaching strategies. In this way, we can make the students acquire the charact eristics among different types of material based composition, improving their construal ability of topic conception.Finally,the paper highlights the problems on teaching proce ss of material based composition: first, pay attention to stimulate students' interest in writing; Second, combine writing and daily life, making students pay more attention to the hot social issues;third, tailor the teaching method to characteristics of different to pics;Finally, the teacher should pay attention to the effectiveness of the composition rewriting comments.In addition, in the writing evaluation class, teachers' model com position can become good reference.Material composition is one of important composition forms in the exam composition. the material, as a carrier of writing content selection and conception, is the key to composition.Therefore, the teaching in the middle school should be more rational and effective. only in this way can we improve students' construal ability of material based composition, stimulate students' writing interest on material based composition, and cultivate their humanities and language expression and creation ability.
