The students with learning difficulties is the implementation of each of the world's system of universal compulsory national common problem, States and the world in general in one of the focus of attention too. The studies home and abroad have indicated that the student with learning difficulties is increasing with promotion of grade in school。It hinders the full and healthy development of student, hinders the development of education in every country and interferes with its education effect. Many educationalists and scholars have made extensive researches on learning difficulties students from different perspectives and have obtained many important conclusions. The issue of students with learning difficulties in mathematics, as a sub-issue of educationally-disadvantaged students, has attracted a lot of concern. However, at present, little study has been made on the remote rural area junior students learning difficulties in Mathematics.In the First part, this paper a few difficulties in rural junior middle school health research background, purpose and significance and made a number of hardships in rural junior middle school study the need for health.In the Second part, recalled the mathematical study of the history of learning difficulties and important research results, and for the status of education in rural areas put forward their own views, then clearly this object of study and research issues for rural junior middle of the storm of Health and its causes.In the Third part, I introduced the research method and step of this article. First from adopting the open-type questionnaire, I collected the main reason to the mathematics learning difficulties students in high school, and carried on the preliminary analysis to the result. On this foundation I designed the enclosed questionnaire, and obtained the further quantification data. Finally, Of Health carried out a number of difficulties Intervention Study of Mathematics Education, with a view to some rural junior high school into a few difficulties of Health and effective measures.In the Fourth part, according to an open questionnaire, closed the survey and Mathematics Education in the results of the experiment, the storm caused several students in mathematics learning difficulties in learning the reasons why a classified analysis that lack of motivation in learning, knowledge structure Perfect, cognitive bias and metacognitive lower.In the Fifth part, the survey analysis and experimental study, the corresponding mathematical learning difficulties to solve the strategies: Optimization of teaching, Strengthen the number of students learning difficulties, Difficulties increase the number of cognitive level, To strengthen the number of the emotional hardship of Health Education.
