Government Emergency Management Research On Geological Disasters

Geological disaster prevention and control of major projects is a relationship between the people’s livelihood,geological disaster emergency management in government is adhere to people’s livelihood and people-based,governing for the people of specific actions,is of great significance.Because in the process of economic and social development in the past,don’t pay attention to the protection of the ecological environment,the one-sided pursuit of economic indicators,lead to geological disasters occurred more and more,the range of influence is more and more big.In addition,China has a wide geographic area and complex topography,making it one of the most widely threatened and most populous countries in the world.To occur frequently,the relationship between the life and property safety of the various types of geological disasters,how to develop effective emergency management,has been included in the agenda of the government is an important,at the same time,also has entered the experts and scholars and the whole society pay close attention to the important content.Tangdian and Jiaozishan area two is the Kunming Municipal People’s government to promote the development of the northern region of kunming in October 2010.Due to the complex geological features,the fragile geological environment,the exploitation of mineral resources and the influence of the construction of the development zone,the geological disasters in the two districts of Tangdian and Jiaozishan are frequent.Among the geological hazard spots that have been found out,the two districts of Tangdian and Jiaozishan account for 12% of the city of Kunming,which is one of the counties in which the geological disaster prevention and control situation is very serious in Kunming.Every year from May to October,after entering the main flood season,the geological disasters of large and small scale occur frequently,which not only threaten the safety of people’s life and property,but also hinder the local economic development.It is necessary to fully implement the measures of government geological disaster emergency management and to develop regional development of the two districts of Tangdian and Jiaozishan.Etham this paper Tangdian and Jiaozishan area two as the study area,first of all,by analyzing the paper theme related literature,carries on the definition and theory is introduced,which provides the theoretical foundation for the study of the pape.Through the detailed collection of the geological disasters in the two districts of Tangdian and Jiaozishan,the second chapter deeply analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the emergency management of geological disasters in the two districts of Tangdian and Jiaozishan.This paper introduces the emergency management situation of geological disasters at home and abroad and can be used for reference.Finally,the countermeasures for the emergency management of the geological disasters in the two districts of Tangdian and Jiaozishan are put forward in the three stages of disaster,disaster and disaster.Through the study,it provides a reference for the geological disaster emergency management in the two districts of Tangdian and Jiaozishan,so as to promote the improvement of the emergency management of geological disasters in the two districts of Tangdian and Jiaozishan.We will further improve the emergency management level and achieve the goal of disaster prevention and reduction,and better serve the social stability and sustainable development of the two districts of Tangdian and Jiaozishan.
