Research On The Public Security Department's Public Security Department's Public Opinion Crisis Response In The Yangtze River Delta Region

In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet,especially the widely popularization of mobile Internet and the media,the network has gradually developed into a hot platform where people can express opinions and spread the public opinions.The influnece of network's public opinion has expanded and deepened.The Internet has become an important battlefield to maintain domestic political,economic,social security and stability.It's inevitable that Yangtze River Delta region,China's largest economic zone,will encounter a variety of social problems and contradictions in the process of economic development.These social problems and contradictions did not form or less appears in other provinces and regions.Meanwhile,due to the Yangtze River Delta people's relatively high education and political participation,they are more inclined to the police affairs through the network meadia and they make the expression and value judgments for them,resulting in police network public opinion.If the relevant departments cannot deal with them properly,it may cause the police network public opinion crisis.This article tries to study the crisis coping problem of the police network in the Yangtze River Delta region with the literature research method,the comparative analysis method,the case analysis method and the governance theory.This paper argues that after years of efforts,the public security departments of the Yangtze River Delta region have made certain achievements in the work of the public opinion crisis of the police,mainly including: the inceasing awareness of the crisis management of public awareness crisis,the gradual improvement of the level of crisis response,the relevant rules and the set up of regulations.But if with the careful observation,we can find this work still has the following problems: the police network public opinion crisis disposal of the main body is not clear,information processing work has flaws,lack of social forces,the response method is simple and backward,because: police network public opinion crisis response to the institutional settings are not reasonable,the relevant departments with the weak awareness of cooperation,rules and regulations lag.Therefore,in order to enhance the level of public opinion crisis in the public security departments of the Yangtze River Delta,we should take the following measures on the basis of absorbing the useful experience of the US police institutions: first,to establish and improve the internal governance system of the public opinion crisis;second,to positively and effectively communicate with the news media;third,to strengthen the cooperation with public security departments and society;fourth,to improve the police network of public opinion crisis management of the legal system.
