With the advent of the big data,the government data opening has great economic and social value,which leads the construction of open sharing mechanism by government.In this paper,through the problem and feasibility analysis of the data-sharing formation mechanism,constructs the sharing mechanism of China's open government data,based on technical support system,supported by the organization,assisted by the coordination mechanism and the safeguard mechanism,ensuring the scientific and systematic open government data sharing mechanism.At the same time,it is exploring online and offline to open government data sharing mechanism and operation mode,and the data from carding technology,interest coordination mechanism,performance evaluation mechanism and information integration means four aspects of innovation,which also puts forward suggestions on the development of open government data sharing mechanism optimization.
