In recent years, Tancheng measures simultaneously, through the perfect security system, deepen the system reform, strengthen market supervision, effective protection of the county’s grain market stability. Study county some good practices to other county government has certain reference function, but also for the study of the grain distribution regulatory issues provided the basis and support.This paper briefly discusses the research results about grain circulation regulation at home and abroad, and describes the different historical periods since the founding of New China adopted its food policy changes, summarized the changes brought us inspiration. In this paper, take Tancheng as an example, details of the regulatory status of Tancheng grain circulation, by continuously explore new and innovative ways to grain circulation supervision, perform their duties in accordance with law, fulfill their duties and make unremitting efforts to achieve good results. But Tancheng grain circulation supervision and other counties, there are some problems, and has a common, such as the pattern of the grain circulation supervision need to be improved, food statistics need to be strengthened, food business practices to be standardized, the administrative law enforcement system is imperfect and the role of food industry associations and other issues need to be strengthened. By analyzing these problems exist in practice, to find ways and means to solve the problem, we put forward to enhance the level of supervision of food circulation, strengthen the government’s macro-control functions, enhance the construction of grain circulation market system, improve food quality and safety system, and promote food industry self-discipline countermeasures and proposals designed to provide a similar experience to solve problems for other local governments, and promoting the healthy development of the grain circulation supervision work.
