Self confidence is the feeling of confidence in all sub dimensions of self-confidence,including academic self-confidence,interpersonal confidence etc.The sense of confidence is an important emotion in the system of emotional quality and an important part of self-consciousness.Self consciousness is a special reflection form of human beings.Junior middle school is the great change period of individual physical and mental development.The self has been developing unprecedentedly during this period.To correctly recognize self and external objective things,we need to cultivate and enhance self-confidence.The self-confidence of junior high school students plays a very important role in their life and learning.On the basis of studying the theory and practice of bibliotherapy at home and abroad,this paper focuses on training and improving self-confidence of adolescents through reading therapy,which includes two studies.Research 1: compiling a questionnaire on self-confidence of junior high school students.According to the literature review and the confidence of junior middle school students for the open questionnaire to collect information,combined with the theory of the existing youth self-confidence questionnaire,students self-confidence questionnaire,students self-confidence questionnaire for junior high school students such as adaptation,formed confidence prediction questionnaire consists of 45 items;then were measured by prediction questionnaire,questionnaire item analysis,exploratory factor analysis of the formal questionnaire of junior high school students sense of self-confidence questionnaire of 28 items in five dimensions;then use the confidence of formal questionnaire surveying,examination of junior high school students self-confidence questionnaire reliability and validity.Reliability includes internal consistency reliability and split half reliability.Validity includes content validity and construct validity.The results show that the formal questionnaire is high in reliability and validity.Research two: a practice study of developing reading therapy for four classes of preparatory grade(grade six)in a school in 2017.The group with similar conditions is divided into two groups.One class in each group is experimental class,the other one is control class.To determine the reading bibliography and reading methods,according to the results of the previous test,the students in the experimental class are carried out 12 times of development reading therapy.The students in the experimental class and the control class were tested by the self-confident questionnaire of junior high school students before and after the reading therapy,and the data were tested with SPSS.Before the implementation of reading therapy,we used the questionnaire on self-confidence of junior high school students.(pre-test)and found that there was no significant difference in the scores of self-confidence between the experimental class and the control class in two groups,indicating that the experimental class and the control class had homogeneity.After the 12 times of reading therapy after the use of junior high school students a sense of confidence questionnaire(posttest)to find that there were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in the overall sense of confidence and other dimensions;the experimental class confidence scores were higher than the control class in the two groups.The experimental classes and control classes were tested for differences in pre-test and posttest,respectively.The results showed that there were significant differences in self-confidence dimensions among the two experimental classes,but there was no significant difference in self-confidence dimensions between the two control classes.It is proved that the self-confidence of the experimental class is significantly improved by the reading therapy intervention,while the control class is not influenced by the reading therapy intervention,and the self-confidence has not changed significantly.The conclusion of the above analysis is that the self-confidence of junior high school students can be improved through the intervention of reading therapy.
