The construction of the basic public cultural service system is an important part of the county to promote urban and rural integration.With the accelerated process of urban and rural integration,the masses of the spiritual and cultural life needs are getting higher and higher.We need to gradually build a diversified,multi-level public cultural service system to meet the broad masses of the people's growing basic cultural needs.Hongze District was formally established on October 8,2016.Adjusting administrative divisions is different with changing its name.It is the inevitable socio-economic development,and will provide power for economic development.With the adjustment of administrative divisions in Hongze,the economy will be further developed and the people's living standards will be further improved.People's need for spiritual and cultural life grows faster and more urgent than the need for other material life,and the requirements of the public cultural service system will be higher.This study links the theory of public cultural services with the actual public cultural service of local governments,especially the government with administrative division adjustment,and investigates the impact of administrative divisions adjustment on the construction of public cultural service system.At the first,the study introduced the domestic and international public cultural service system theory research to judge and analyze the relevant concepts,principles and characteristics of the public cultural service system.Secondly,the study conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the transformation of public cultural service system,highlights the typical research object,the representative data,and the practical results.Its suggestions highlight the practical significance.
