Research On The Standardization Of Basic Public Cultural Services In Urban Communities

The standardization of basic public cultural services is an important measure to protect the basic cultural rights of all citizens,to realize the great development and prosperity of socialist culture and to enhance the national soft power.It is also an important way to build a modern service-oriented government.At present,there are many problems in the standardization of basic public cultural services in urban communities in China,such as insufficient construction funds,unbalanced supply structure of cultural services,insufficient grassroots cultural talents,and insufficient participation of social forces.The reasons for these problems are single source of funds,narrow financing channels,lack of cultural needs,information collection and feedback mechanism,lagging behind of basic public cultural services,and slow development of social and cultural organizations.In this paper,the Xinjian District of Nanchang is selected as a case study.It mainly discusses how to promote the construction of basic public cultural services in urban communities.Through field research,combined with the actual case the case on the study of the formation of understanding and grasping the overall,analysis of the causes of the problems and current situation,new areas of basic public cultural services standardization construction are generated,combined with the new public service theory and Maslow’s needs hierarchy theory,puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures on how to promote the city community basic public cultural service standardization.
