In recent years, the problem of academic burnout has shown a growing trend in junior high school students. Therefore, in the practical applications, schools and parents are increasingly pressing for problems with students burnout issues and addressing the needs of their students.In this study,three scales of "Parental Rearing Questionnaire","Middle School Students'Job Burnout Questionnaire", "Mental Health Questionnaire for Middle School Students". A total of 1052 students from three secondary schools in Nanjing were surveyed to learn about parenting patterns, academic burnout and mental capital. The Theoretical Framework of this research is "Parental Rearing Styles - Mental Capital - Academic Burnout". This research explores the problem of academic burnout of junior high school students from the perspective of relationship, and tries to find out the influence of parental rearing style and psychological capital on academic burnout. Research indicates:No. 1 There are significant differences in the total score of parental rearing patterns and their dimensions in schools and grades, but there is no significant difference in gender dimension.No.2 There were significant differences in the total score of academic burnout and their dimensions in school and grade, but there was no significant difference in gender dimension.No.3 The total score of mental capital and its dimensions in school, grade there are significant differences, but in the gender is not selected in significant differences.No.4 In this study, we analyzed the correlation between the three dimensions of parental rearing style and the three dimensions of academic burnout.No.5 In this study, through the three-dimensional model .of psychological capital self-confidence and toughness, the efficiency of the three models has been improved obviously, which proves the existence of mediating effect.
