Color term is rich and colorful.In the history of development and transformation,different colors represent different meanings,reflecting nation's profound cultural heritage.The color words in Chinese cultural circle are no exception.Chinese color words terms in teaching Chinese as a foreign language can comparatively reflect a part of Chinese culture,but more people pay attention to grammar teaching in general teaching practice,there is less sufficient attention on culture teaching.This article puts forward corresponding countermeasures to students of Chinese Language Teaching on the color terms,through the review of research on emergence and development,Chinese characters in the cultural circle of Chinese and Japanese color word structure,semantic and pragmatic aspects,especially the semantics of Chinese and Japanese words of color comparison,survey of Japanese students acquisition of Chinese color words.The whole theory is divided into four parts.The introduction is mainly about the background of selected topic,the purpose and significance of the study,the research object and scope,materials and methods,ontological research summaries on Chinese color terms and Japanese color terms and teaching Chinese as a foreign language.With the focus on "red,black,white,yellow,green,blue,green,purple,gray",author discovers the semantic similarities and differences of color terms between Chinese and Japanese in the second part.In terms of structure,Chinese color words are rich in word formation,overlapping forms are various,but the Japanese color words themselves are simple and plain.Semantically,there are lots of factors in common,but there are also many manifestations in differences.For instance,white has been the symbol of "unknown,evil" but white is sacred in Japan.In pragmatic terms,comparing with Japanese color words,Chinese color words are more abundant in syntactic function and quantity of locution.The third part of the questionnaire and analysis and summary.This thesis mainly analyzes the problems existing in the process of the acquisition of Chinese color words by Japanese students,and summarizes the types of errors in the acquisition of Chinese color words in terms of structure,semantic,pragmatic and the reasons for their formation.In the forth part,the author puts forward the corresponding teaching strategies and attentions according to the types and causes of errors in the acquisition of Chinese color words of Japanese students.Some suggestions are given from the perspectives of teachers and textbook editors.In the conclusion part,author defines the purpose and deficiencies of this thesis,there are also many problems unsettled,many deficiencies are impossible to be avoided,further efforts and improvements must be made and perfected.
