The biggest advantage of information technology is the rapid development of Internet technology,cloud computing functions and the corresponding mobile terminal equipment.The article is based on the development of mobile communication technology and mobile terminal to show its impact on Chinese international education and the change of Chinese teaching design concept,and to explain the profound influence of Chinese teaching design and teaching mode.In this article,under the situation that information technology is closely related to people’s lives,teachers should pay attention to the concept of Chinese teaching design and the use of media resources to form a new international education concept and education system.The time we live in is an information technology closely related to daily life of the times.Generally speaking,we are influencedby the ubiquitous information technology.People are increasingly dependent on information technology and its derivative and bring a variety of hardware devices(such as mobile phone,computer,IPAD,electronic books,etc.).The Internet technology and mobile the terminal has been quietly popular learning.It promotes the educators think constantly and actively improve the content of the curriculum design,curriculum design will be extended to the classroom accident.And they maximize the use of classroom time and they take some strategies that students have been taken as the center and the student actively learn.IN this way,each student can get the content they are interested in,truly individualized.The teaching design mainly uses the turnover pattern and spends a lot of time on students to know and understand the knowledge.The teacher walked off the stage,they are from the narrator of the knowledge to becoming a facilitator of learning,the classroom has become a student-centered learning paradise.Teachers continue to observe the student and test their learning effect.They answer students’ questions in time and put forward a new higher level goal,step by step,so that all the students to acquire knowledge and skills they want.In the whole process of Chinese teaching design based on mobile Internet technology,the students’ participation has always been carried out,which reflects the students’ learning initiative.Teachers also give full play to the guiding role of student learning through curriculum design,task guidance,process control and so on.And the interaction between teachers and students,the interaction between students and students,human-computer interaction greatly exercise the students’ ability of listening,speaking,reading,writing and translating.Teachers can also update and adjust their own teaching content and curriculum design through the feedback of the students and practice,so as to meet the needs of the students.While for informal learning overseas can also be part of the class completely transferred to the mobile terminal,the establishment of WeChat,QQ group for the students before class and after class,which will complete the interactive interaction,.In addition,by using network classroom,transfer classroom interaction to "hand" can make the classroom teaching more effective.
