Performance refers to the relationship between employees make voluntary unpaid activities outside the job description in the organization, the organization of these activities are not expressly stipulated in the job description, but it is extremely important for organizational development. Organizational commitment and employee involvement organization's identity. Organizational commitment have a significant impact on the performance of employees of view, different opinions of scholars can not agree, the impact on the relationship between performance also needs further study. Leadership in different qualities - Member Exchange under the situation, proactive personality with different degrees of impact on organizational commitment and contextual performance. Discussion Proactive Personality on organizational commitment and contextual performance, verify mediating effect of organizational commitment and leadership to build relations based on this study theory - Moderating Effect of exchange members. In this study, the first part of Amendment "employee relations performance scale", using interviews, literature and an initial scale investigation after using exploratory factor analysis extracted four dimensions of the relationship between performance, followed by an analysis to verify the scale Confirmatory factor validity. The second part of the study using questionnaires collected 720 subjects data, using SPSS 17.0 statistical software packages and AMOS 17.0 data descriptive statistics, statistical analysis of correlation analysis, reliability and validity analysis and regression analysis, focuses on proactive Personality impact on organizational commitment and contextual performance, verify organizational commitment and leadership role of intermediary - a member of the exchange regulation. The results show:1. Gender significant impact on proactive personality, proactive personality men than women.2. Proactive Personality of organizational commitment, leadership - members of the exchange and the relationship between performance have a significant positive impact.3. Organizational commitment to performance relationship have significant positive impact, commitment and emotional commitment to regulate the four dimensions of commitment over multiple mediating variables significantly affect the relationship between performance.4. Leader-Member Exchange on organizational commitment and contextual performance has a significant positive impact.5. Leader-Member Exchange significant moderating effect on the relationship between organizational commitment and performance. Quality leader-member exchange case, organizational commitment to employee relations performance has a significant positive impact; low-quality leadership-members of the exchange of information, organizational commitment on the relationship between performance was not significant.6. Leader-member exchange in effect regulating proactive personality and organizational commitment and the relationship between the performance was not significant.
