Because of this, cotton manufacturing industry in this place gradually picked up. High quality and sufficient volume cotton, cheap and adequate labor, cheap price of land, personal feelings for construct hometown was the important reason why Zhang Jian invested cotton manufacturing industry in northern Jiangsu province.Because raw cotton and cotton yarn's marketing condition closely related, to occupy and control these two markets in northern Jiangsu province. Zhang Jian made variety of business strategy for Dasheng factory. But because of natural calamities, they do not have adequate cotton for production and lead to inflation of cotton price. In other side, social unrest and international market pressure cause they hardly buy enough cotton through these tunnel. They also do not have enough capital to turnover. All these factors cause cotton manufacturing industry in northern Jiangsu province encounter serious problem.The defeat of Dasheng factory showed us this reality:the limitation of single power and the environment problem decide China national capitalism and local economy development was hardly undertake by elite power. Because of this, the way which government make policy, raise funds, establish enterprise business environment, coordinate the relationship of industry, agriculture and business was the key factor to develop local economies.
