Han Brick Calligraphy Art Research

With the rise of the Qing Dynasty inscriptions textology,many were not taken seriously in the past ancient cultural relics began Jinshi scholars attention,many scholars,calligraphers,and seal have to participate in stone text published,collation and research.So brick inscription will arouse the attention of Jinshi scholars,they began to find brick Ming,especially the Han Dynasty brick inscription of artistic value.Since the Han Dynasty is an important period in China's history of calligraphy,all kinds of books at this time rise,evolution and development.Because the brick Ming from the lower class people and folk craftsmen hand,so it can be real reflect Han character usage,a mi foot precious material for the evolution of the study of the structure of Chinese characters,can complement the shortcomings of the Han Dynasty stone epitaphs specification of Roman.This article from the Han Dynasty social and cultural background,in order to understand the reasons for the emergence of a large number of Han Dynasty brick Ming,and then divided into four parts to study brick ming.First of all,the definition of brick inscription,and writing methods and text content of brick Ming classification.Secondly,on the basis of previous studies,art style classification and the related discussion on the unearthed brick inscription.Again,comparing the brick inscription and other carrier at the same time the body text,understand the similarities and differences between them.Finally,in the study,the brick Ming calligraphy lessons and Enlightenment later brick Ming calligraphy,calligraphy of brick Ming for later generations,thus more deeply mining brick Ming art value.
