“Shi” sentence is one of the basic sentence patterns in modern Chinese. Besides, it is not only involved in the teaching Chinese as a foreign language to the important sentence patterns, but also students are widely used in the process of learning Chinese sentence patterns. This article on the basis of predecessors' research, first of all, from the aspects of semantics, syntax, pragmatics three aspects, we summarized the main characteristic of “Shi” sentence.At the same time, we collected a large number of “Shi” structure errors of Japanese students in the HSK dynamic composition corpus. We regard these bias sentences as the source of corpus, and have carried on the detailed statistics and classified analysis. There are five types of errors, such as missing “Shi”, adding “Shi”, false generation “Shi”, “Shi” fault sequence and “Shi” structure of mix and other structure. By analyzing the errors of corpus, we summed up the main causes of these errors. They are the influence of negative transfer of mother tongue or medium of language, the influence of insufficient knowledge of the target language and the target language influence of over generalization. For students who easily confuse “Shi” sentence and “You” sentence, we analyzed in comparison between “Shi” sentence and “You” sentence. Finally based on the discussion above, from the angle of textbook, teaching and learning, we put forward the corresponding teaching suggestions.
