Effect Of Acupoint Massage Combined With Five-tone Therapy On Anxiety And Depression In Patients With Chronic Heart Failure Due To Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint massage and five-tone therapy on anxiety and depression in patients with chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis.And to provide clinical nursing patients with simple,effective and economic method of TCM nursing,in order to play to the features and advantages of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine nursing.To promote the standardization of TCM nursing technology and further popularization and application in order to provide clinical and theoretical basis for TCM syndrome differentiation of patients.Methods:patients with the symptoms of chronic heart failure and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were divided into control group,test group,test group and experimental group in cases,according to the method of district group allocation.In the experimental group,patients listened to five lines of music on the basis of routine treatment care,and patients in the experimental group were massaged on the basis of the routine treatment care or by their caregivers on the basis of routine treatment,and the patients in the test group were on the basis of routine treatment care.Self massage,or massage by the caregivers,and listening to five elements of music.The test group,the test group,the experimental group patients continue to massage and/or listen to five lines of music after discharge,for weeks.Three groups of patients after the discharge of the observation group continue to massage and(or)listen to five lines of music,a total of weeks.The four groups were evaluated by self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self rating Depression Scale(SDS)before and after the trial.Results:In the course of the study,patients were eliminated because of the need for surgical treatment,patients were eliminated because of the deterioration of the disease,patients were eliminated because of the need for transfer,patients were removed due to early discharge,cases were removed because of natural loss,patients were eliminated because of poor massage compliance,patients were eliminated due to transfer to the hospital,and finally finished.A total of patients were studied.The results show that:1.Anxiety evaluation resultsAfter the trial,the four groups of patients had a statistically significant difference in the self rating Anxiety Scale and the curative effect(P<0.05.).The test group,the test group patients after the test,the self rating Anxiety Scale score and the experimental group patients score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05.).There was a significant difference in somatization symptoms and anxiety between the four groups in the self rating Anxiety Scale(P<0.05.).2.Depression evaluation resultsAfter the trial,the four groups had statistically significant difference in the scores of self rating Depression Scale(SDS)and curative effect(P<0.05.).After the test,the self rating depression scale of the control group was no significant difference between the test group and the patients in the test group(P>0.05.).There was no significant difference between the test group and the test group on the self rating Depression Scale(P>0.05.),and the comparison group and the test group were compared with the patients.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05.).The difference of psychomotor symptoms between the four groups of patients in the self rating Depression Scale was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Acupoint massage andfive line music method is beneficial to improve the anxiety of patients with chronic heart failure and anxiety and depression with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and relieve somatization symptoms and anxiety,2.Acupoint massage combined with five tone therapy is better than single therapy in treating anxiety and depression in patients with chronic heart failure due to Qi deficiency and blood stasis.3.Single point massage or five tone therapy failed to improve depression in patients with chronic heart failure due to Qi deficiency and blood stasis.4.Acupoint massage combined with five tone therapy can improve the depression of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type chronic heart failure complicated with anxiety and depression,and relieve the symptoms of depressive psychomotor.5.Acupoint massage combined with five tone therapy can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type chronic heart failure.The effect is better than that of the control group,and the effect is better than the application of acupoint massage or five tone therapy alone.It is worth further summarizing and popularizing the application in clinical practice.
