Clinical Observation Ofdazhurhodiolainjectioninthe Treatment Ofchronicheart Failure Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:To observe the effect of Dazhu Rhodiola Injection on TCM syndrome score,exercise tolerance,cardiac functional grading and NT-proBNP in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and to compare the improvement of qi deficiency and blood stasis symptoms,and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Dazhu Rhodiola InjectionMethods:Sixty-six patients with chronic heart failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were included.Random number table method was used to divide the patients into control group and treatment group,33 cases in each group.The control group was given rational and standardized routine drug treatment.Treatment group:On the basis of the control group,Dazhu Rhodiola Injection was used for 2 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score,6-minute walking test,cardiac function classification and NT-proBNP were observed before and after treatment.SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the experimental dataResults:1.Comparison of TCM syndromes efficacy:There was significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndromes integral group(p<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndromes of the two groups were improved.There was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05);The improvement of TCM syndromes integral of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;there was significant difference between the two groups in efficiency(p<0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was improved It was higher than the control group.The effective rate of qi deficiency integral and blood stasis integral in treatment group was significantly different(p<0.05).The effect of Dazhu Rhodiola Injection on the improvement of qi deficiency symptoms was better than that of blood stasis symptoms2.6-minute walking distance comparison:There was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.05),the exercise tolerance of the two groups was improved.There was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group in increasing exercise tolerance.3.Cardiac functional grading comparison:There was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.05).The cardiac function of the two groups was improved,there was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05),the improvement of cardiac function of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.Comparison of serum NT-proBNP concentration:The serum NT-proBNP concentration of the two groups was significantly lower than before(p<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.Safety:After treatment,blood,urine,coagulation function,liver and renal function of the two groups did not change significantly.Conclusion:1.Dazhu Rhodiola Injection can improve cardiac function,incr-ease activity endurance and reduce NT-proBNP level in CHF patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis.2.Dazhu Rhodiola Injection can improve the TCM syndromes of patients with chronic heart failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and has better effect on the improvement of qi deficiency symptoms than blood stasis symptoms.
