Euphorbia sake is a poisonous purging medicine in traditional Chinese medicine.Its source is the dried root of Euphorbia,Euphorbia.It is poisonous in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The raw product in the unit prescriptions should not exceed 0.5g,and the vinegar processed Radix Euphorbia cannot exceed 1.5g.Early in the first pharmacy monograph,"Shen Nong's herbal classic" in the Euphorbiaceous record for the low-grade medicine,so the clinical commonly used vinegar preparing Euphorbia pekinensis to reduce toxicity and therapeutic window of Radix euphorbias pekinensis in pieces of narrow defect.The main producing areas of Euphorbia sake are tropical,subtropical regions such as Jiangsu,Sichuan and Guangdong.They are usually harvested in the two seasons of autumn and winter,and fresh roots are washed,moisten,slice and dried.Finally,the raw Chinese medicine Euphorbia sake is finally prepared.It could treat the diseases as people who are in the cold,bitter herbs,lung spleen kidney in Chinese known in ancient books,by drinking water.Mainly for edema,fullness,abdominal effusion,phlegm accumulation,inverse gas cough,two had adverse.The Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Chinese Pharmacopoeia)contains0.42%of the Chinese medicine categories of Euphorbia,all of which are toxic,and their toxicity is basically toxic.In the study of modern pharmacology,pharmacological activity of Euphorbia drugs included the world Pharmacopoeia of the basic for antitumor activity,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity;antiviral activity,promote immune activity,antibacterial activity,anti-parasite activity;analgesia,muscle relaxation,sedative activity,antitussive effect,anti-ulcer activity,anti angiogenic activity and peritoneal adhesion the formation and wound healing activity,anti-diabetic,anti acanthosis,anti-venom and growth inhibition.Though the pharmacological activities of Beijing euphorbia have not been found in the modern pharmacological research,but through analogy analysis,these experiences can be used as the research goal and direction of researchers.Found that the traditional Chinese medicine Euphorbia pekinensis slices in the known compounds,three terpene alcohols,Euphorbia acid organic acid,tannin,resin,carbohydrate compounds,previous researchers found that the long chain fatty acid,fatty acid ester compounds from traditional Chinese medicine Euphorbia pekinensis pieces,separation of ethylene alcohol extract of Euphorbia pekinensis can get two terpanes compound and ellagic acid compounds.Research has also shown that rich Euphorbia pekinensis saponins,coumarins,flavonoids,tannins,sterols,diene alkyl compounds,but the lack of nitrogen containing alkaloids,anthraquinone glycoside and hydrogen cyanide glycosides.The methanol extract of Radix Euphorbia sake has been studied.It can be seen that it has the characteristics of inhibiting FLK red fluorescent protein transgenic zebrafish vascular rupture or fluorescence intensity weakening,and we know that the methanol extract of Euphorbia sake has the effect of inhibiting angiogenesis.According to the growth conditions of the tumor cells,it is conjectured to contain the material basis for inhibiting the growth of the tumor cells in the Chinese Euphorbia Euphorbia.And I extracted seven chemical compounds such as stearin,2,3-dihydroxypropyl stearate,7-hydroxy-2H-chromen-2-one,?-Eudesmol,Hinesol,Euphol,Ingenol.
