Part ? Study on the related factors of hemodynamics in retinal arteriosclerosis and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases OBJECTIVE:By observing the relationship between cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and TCM syndrome types in patients with retinal vein occlusion,we sought to find a link between dialectical Chinese medicine and Western medicine to identify disease, and to explore the connection between pathological changes of the fundus and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM.METHOD:We analyzed 194 eyes of 182 patients with retinal vein occlusion who were treated at the ophthalmology clinic of China-Japan Friendship Hospital between March 2016 and December 2017.They underwent an eye examination and collected their history of cardio-cerebral vascular disease and four diagnostic data of Chinese medicine through a questionnaire survey..RESULT:(1)The duration of hypertension is less than 5 years. The retinal arteriosclerosis accounts for the largest proportion of retinal I in the fundus;the retinal arteriosclerosis is the largest proportion in the retinopathy in 5 to 10 years;the retinal arteriosclerosis in grade II is 10 years. The proportion is the largest;(2)The regular use of drugs to control blood pressure is among the highest in retinal arteriosclerosis grade ?;Irregular use of drugs to control blood pressure is the largest proportion in grade ?;(3)The course of hypertension is less than 5 years and the regular medication The proportion of blood pressure in the control of blood vessels, including atherosclerosis, was the highest.Grade I of arteriosclerosis was the largest proportion in patients with irregular blood pressure control.Hypertensive course of 5 to 10 years and the regular use of drugs to control blood pressure, which accounted for the largest proportion of retinal arteriosclerosis ? I;irregular control of blood pressure in which the proportion of retinal arteriosclerosis I the largest proportion.Hypertensive course of more than 10 years and the regular use of drugs to control blood pressure were among the highest proportion of retinal arteriosclerosis grade I;Irregular medication control of blood pressure was the largest proportion of grad ??;(4)hypertension in patients with grade 1 retinal arteriosclerosis I The largest proportion was found;the highest proportion of retinal arteriosclerosis was in grade 2 patients.with hypertension, and the highest was grad ?? in retinal arteriosclerosis with grade 3 hypertension.Hypertension belongs to low, medium, and high risk patients,in which retinal arteriosclerosis is the largest proportion of grade I;hypertension is very high risk of the largest proportion of grad ??;(5)patients with retinal arteriosclerosis with hypertension in which retinal arteriosclerosis The largest proportion of patients;retinal arteriosclerosis with high blood pressure and coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, the largest proportion o ??;patients with retinal arteriosclerosis with hypertension, coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction, which accounted for the largest proportion of grad ?? grad?? significantly Increased;(6)Circadian rhythm of blood pressure in hypertensive patients with non-deaf type and hyperinfarct type retinal arteriosclerosis grad ?? is the largest proportion;rhythm was anti-spasmodic type in which retinal arteriosclerosis grade ? the largest proportion;Among them, retinal arteriosclerosis has the largest proportion of grade ?;(7)hypertension with coronary heart disease and ST-segment changes were higher than those with no ST-segment changes. The retinal arteriosclerosis gra ?? and gra??account for a large proportion;(8)high Blood pressure with middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity increased in which the proportion of retinal arteriosclerosis is the largest;Hypertension combined with middle cerebral artery blood flow is slowed down.Gr ? e ?accounted for the largest proportion, and the proportion of grill ? was higher than before;(9)In patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease, the coronary artery became more severe along with the degree of stenosis;the degree of ocular fundus arteriosclerosis also increased;(10)The proportion of retinal arteriosclerosis in gr ? e ? and gr? ? was higher in those with blood pressure complicated with coronary heart disease and those with abnormal cardiac structure without cardiac structural abnormalities;(11)Patients with retinal arteriosclerosis with hypertension were divided into three groups according to the degree of retinal arteriosclerosis. The differences in blood pressure variability, load, middle cerebral artery pulse index(PI),and resistance index(RI)between groups were compared, and variability and load of systolic blood pressure and cerebral arterial beat index(PI)at night were found, the resistance index(RI)between the various levels of retinal arteriosclerosis compared P value<0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant.CONCLUSION:(1)Regular use of drugs to control blood pressure in hypertensive patients can delay the progression of the retinal arteriosclerosis. When hypertensive patients have different grades of arteriosclerosis,we must not only consider the changes in the fundus, but should also consider the changes in the fundus.Change, thereby reducing the deterioration of the disease caused by the diagnosis and treatment is not timely and the damage of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and its complications on the human body;(2)The degree of retinal arteriosclerosis can reflect the variability and load of nocturnal systolic blood pressure in hypertensive patients to some extent Changes in blood pressure rhythm, diurnal changes in heart rhythm, changes in cardiac structure and function, and degree of coronary stenosis, which provide non-invasive fundus vascular parameters for prediction of target organ damage and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular lesions;(3)blood vessels in blood vessels of the brain When abnormal changes occur in flow velocity, compliance and elasticity, the fundus blood vessels may also have corresponding changes,so the degree of fundus arteriosclerosis in hypertensive patients has certain clinical significance in predicting cerebral vascular emergencies;(4)during the research process,we Also found that due to the limited sample size, the observation time is short, and many designs are mixed The factors cannot be completely eliminated for the time being. Therefore, further scientific design and large-scale research are still needed.Part ? Relevance of Retinal Vein Occlusion and TCM Syndrome Types of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular DiseasesOBJECTIVE:By observing the relationship between cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and TCM syndrome types in patients with retinal vein occlusion,we sought to find a link between dialectical Chinese medicine and Western medicine to identify disease, and to explore the connection between pathological changes of the fundus and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM.METHOD:We analyzed 194 eyes of 182 patients with retinal vein occlusion who were treated at the ophthalmology clinic of China-Japan Friendship Hospital between March 2016 and December 2017.They underwent an eye examination and collected their history of cardio-cerebral vascular disease and four diagnostic data of Chinese medicine through a questionnaire survey..RESULT:(1)The total number of patients with retinal vein occlusion was 182,monocular prevalence accounted for 93.41%,total number of retinal vein occlusion was 194,of which 0.01-0.1 accounted for 34.02%;(2)Obstruction site:Central retinal vein Obstruction accounted for 23.71%of the total number of eyes, and retinal branch vein occlusion accounted for 76.29%of the total number of eyes.In the retinal branch vein occlusion, the obstruction site was 81.76%;the infraorbital was 14.19%;the nasal area was 0.68%;the macular area was 2.03%;the supraorbital area with macular area accounted for 1.35%;(3)only in 182 patients.36 cases with hypertension, accounting for 19.78%;only 36 cases with coronary heart disease, accounting for 19.78%;33 cases with cerebral infarction alone, accounting for 18.13%;9 cases with hypertension and coronary heart disease, accounting for 4.95%;with hypertension and brain There were 31 patients with infarction(17.03%);5 patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction accounted for 2.75%;(4)There were 36 patients with a history of RVO with hypertension, and the largest proportion was 14 patients with yin deficiency and yang syndrome.38.89%of them had 36 patients with a history of coronary heart disease,of which the largest proportion was phlegm and sputum syndrome in 16 cases, belonging to 44.44%.There were 36 patients with a history of cerebral infarction,of which the largest proportion was 18 cases with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Accounting for 54.55%.CONCLUSION:(1)RVO is dominated by monocular disease, mainly by supraorbital branch vein occlusion;(2)RVO with hypertension is mainly based on yin deficiency and Yangshuo syndrome, and those with coronary heart disease are mainly phlegm stasis syndrome. In patients with cerebral infarction,qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndromes are the main components, and the systemic blood circulation is a whole. The change of qi,blood, and dampness can also affect the corresponding pathological changes of fundus vessels.
