Clinical Observation On Self-made Zishen Yangjing Decoction In Treating Kidney Deficiency Type With Less Menstruation

Puruose:Observing the clinical efficacy and safety of Zishen Yangjing Decoction in treating kidney deficiency type with less menstruation,and providing evidence for future clinical promotion and application.Method:Choose from December 01,2017 to December 31,2018 to visit the gynaecology clinic of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the research plan and the inclusion criteria,30 patients with kidney deficiency who meet the requirements will be screened.After menstruation,they will be given self-medication.Kidney nourishing soup,even for 21 days,taking 3 menstrual cycle as a course of treatment,after treatment,observe the menstrual blood volume,menstrual time and recovery of TCM-related symptoms before and after treatment,statistically determine its efficacy,and elaborate.Result:1.Total efficacy: Subject treatment scores were different before and after taking the drug,and statistically tested P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.Among them,2 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.The results showed that the cure rate was 6.67%,the effective rate was 36.66%,the effective rate was 40.00%,the inefficiency was 16.67%,and the total effective rate was 83.33%.2.The improvement of menstrual volume after treatment:The score of menstrual flow after treatment decreased compared with that before treatment.There was a difference in menstrual volume before and after treatment,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The normal range of menstrual flow was 18 cases(about 60.00%),and the amount of menstruation was increased before treatment.In 7 cases(about 23.33%),there was no significant improvement in menstrual flow rate in 5 cases(about 16.67%).3.Improvement of other symptoms: After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine kidney deficiency type of menstruation less clinicalsymptoms: menstrual period,waist and knees,menstrual color,dizziness,tinnitus,loss of libido,frequency of urination have different degrees of reduction compared with before treatment,there is a significant difference(P< 0.05),and the relief of the tongue after treatment was P <0.05,there was a significant difference,both were statistically significant.4.Other cases:No adverse reactions and complications occurred during the medication.Conclusion:1.Self-made Zishen Yangjing Decoction for the treatment of kidney deficiency has less menstruation and good(83.33%)effect.2.Self-made Zishen Yangjing Decoction can effectively improve the menstrual blood volume of kidney deficiency and relieve other major symptoms of Chinese medicine: menstrual period,waist and knees,warp color,dizziness,tinnitus,loss of libido,frequency of urination.
