Efficacy Analysis Of Rivaroxaban And LMWH In Perioperative Prevention Of Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis In Patients With Lower Extremity Fractures

Objective: In the perioperative period of patients with various lower extremity fractures(pelvic acetabulum,middle segment of femur,femoral condyle,patella and tibial plateau),the analysis of the efficacy of rivaroxaban and low molecular weight heparin in the prevention of DVT can provide reference and new ideas for the perioperative treatment of patients with lower extremity fractures.Methods: A total of 120 patients with partial lower limb fractures who were admitted to hospital and be treated surgically from July 2019 to December 2020 were selected.The patients who met the experimental standards were divided into groups A and B by random number table,with 60 people in each group.Patients in group A use Low Molecular Weight Heparin,patients in group B use Rivaroxaban.Perform color Doppler ultrasound inspection of blood vessels of both lower extremities 5-7 days after operation,and check blood coagulation indexes and infection indexes(PT,APTT,tPA-Ag,FIB,PLT,DD)on the first day after surgery;infection indexes: PCT,CRP,WBC,ESR,IL-6),And record the occurrence of adverse events and the length of hospital stay.Result:The incidence of DVT in patients in group B was significantly lower than that in group A,and the morbidity of DVT and VTE was statistically remarkably(P<0.05);the PT,APTT,and tPA-Ag of group B patients were in numerical values The above are higher than the group A,and have statistical remarkable(P<0.05).B The values of PCT and CRP of patients in group were lower than those of group A,and the discrepancy was statistically apparent(Pvalue <0.05),while the values of WBC,ESR,and IL-6 were not apparent ly discrepancy between the two groups(Pvalue>0.05).Conclusion:During the perioperative period of various lower limb fractures,both LMWH and rivaroxaban have good anticoagulant efficacy and safety.From the perspective of drug effect,rivaroxaban has definite efficacy in preventing deep vein thrombosis and effectively reduces the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in some patients with lower limb fractures during the perioperative period.
