PurposeThe incidence of allergic rhinitis increases year by year. The incidence of allergic rhinitis is sudden, repeated condition, long course of treatment, numerous complications, and adverse effects of long-term disease disturbance on the emotional and psychological aspects, which seriously reduce the quality of life of patients. At present, the clinical curative effect of this disease is not ideal, and patients are still not satisfied with the improvement of symptoms and long-term medication side effects after treatment. The disease belongs to the category of "snot"of traditional Chinese medicine. After more than two thousand years of clinical practice,it has formed a relatively complete theoretical system of etiology and pathology and an effective method of syndrome differentiation. In particular, acupuncture as a non-drug treatment has gradually been The medical community recognizes and increasingly applies it clinically.Abdominal acupuncture,as a new type of microneedle therapy invented in modern times,is more easily accepted by patients because of its painless, safe and effective features. With the development of many researches on abdominal tissue structure and physiological function at home and abroad, the mechanism of abdomen needles has been achieved. The fruitful results provide a solid theoretical support for the expansion of clinical applications, the identification of dominant disease types, and the further improvement of clinical efficacy. This study is in this context, based on the abdomen acupuncture theory of the research progress and clinical experience of the disease, put forward abdomen acupuncture "regulation and phlegm method",and this method for the treatment of moderate and severe allergic rhinitis as a research topic related to the temporary efficacy Observe and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and application value of this therapy in the actual application of this disease.MethodThe cases came from the Department of Acupuncture and Oriental Orthopedics of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, and met the criteria for the diagnosis and inclusion criteria of moderate to severe allergic rhinitis.A randomized, controlled clinical trial was developed to divide patients into abdominal acupuncture treatment groups and Drug control sister,35 cases in each group, the two groups were given abdomen acupuncture and acupuncture therapy and nasal glucocorticoid drug treatment,by observing the total score of nasal symptoms(TNSS),total nasal symptoms(TNNSS),SAS,SDS scores at the three observation points before treatment,2 weeks of treatment, and 4 weeks of treatment were scored and the final clinical outcomes were statistically analyzed.Treatment group:yinqiguiyuan, hangqu(KI 17),zhongwanxia,shangfengshidian,tianshu(ST 25),daheng(SP 15)(right),qixue(KI 13)(left).Control group:Budesonide nasal spray:each nostril 2 spray(every spray contains budesonide),sooner or later each time, the symptom relieves each nostril one spray, day 1.Evaluation indexWith TNSS and TNNSS as the main observation indicators,SAS and SDS were evaluated at the same time. Both groups were treated before treatment,2 weeks of treatment, and 4 weeks of treatment.A total of 3 observation points were used to record the scores of the above four scales. The total score of symptoms and signs was used to assess the efficacy. The formula:effective rate =(total score after treatment-total score before treatment)/total score before treatment*100%,? 66%for marked effect,26%-65%for effective,? 25%is invalid, according to the degree of improvement of clinical symptoms, effective and effective are defined as a good outcome, the invalid is defined as a bad outcome, and the final analysis.ResultWithin the intragroup comparison, the TNSS,TNNSS,SAS,and SDS scores at the 2nd and 4th week of the abdomen acupuncture group and the drug group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant.Significantly improved nasal symptoms, concomitant symptoms, and poor psychological state of depression and depression in patients with moderate to severe allergic rhinitis. In comparison between the two groups within the first 4 weeks and the second week, abdomen acupuncture group TNSS,TNNSS,SAS scores decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant, there was no significant difference between the first 4 weeks of SDS treatment and the second week of treatment. The scores of TNSS,SAS,and SDS in the drug group were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant. There was no statistically significant difference in TNNSS.The analysis found that in the drug group, both the improvement of clinical symptoms and poor psychological status, the improvement rate of the drug was decreased after 2 weeks of treatment. In the nasal symptoms, the drug group did not improve significantly after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, while the improvement in nasal symptoms and adverse psychological state in the abdomen group was relatively stable and continued to improve.Between groups, there was a significant difference between the TNSS and TNNSS scores and the drug group in the abdomen acupuncture group 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment. The total effective rate was 84.4%in the abdomen acupuncture group with good outcome, which was statistically different from the western medicine group.,Combined with the observation of the improvement of patients' clinical symptoms,it was shown that abdominal acupuncture and qi acupuncture method is more effective in improving the onset rate and improvement of nasal symptoms and accompanying symptoms than nasal spray pharmacotherapy. However, there was no statistically significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, indicating that Abdominal Acupuncture and Moxibustion can achieve the same effect as the drug group in improving the psychological state of anxiety and depression.During the trial, there were 2 cases of nasal dryness in the drug group,1 case of blood in the sputum, and the adverse reaction rate was 10%.The abdominal acupuncture group did not complain of obvious adverse reactions. From the long-term treatment point of view, the safety of abdominal needle group Better than nasal glucocorticoids. In conclusion(1)Abdominal acupuncture and acupuncture therapy for the treatment of moderate to severe allergic rhinitis can reduce nasal symptoms and concomitant symptom scores and anxiety and depression scores, relieve symptoms, but in the speed of onset and the degree of symptom control in the short term Is weaker than nasal glucocorticoids.(2)Abdominal acupuncture and acupuncture therapy for allergic rhinitis has a stable and continuous improvement in curative effect. It can improve the patient's anxiety, depression and negative emotional state, avoid side effects caused by drugs, and improve the quality of life and compliance of patients.Explore the value of research.
