Theoretical Research On Traditional Chinese Medicine Fire Therapy Based On Metaphor Cognition

To explore the theoretical basis and clinical application of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fire therapy,pursue the background and historical origin of the therapy.So as to have a clear and correct understanding of fire therapy,envisage its important value in the prevention and treatment of disease,and then promote the development of TCM fire therapy.Part one,based on philological method,the main reference is the "Fifty-two Diseases","Huangdi’s Internal Classics","Shanghan Zabing Lun","Ishinpo","Medical Secrets of an Official" and "Qian Jin Yao Fang",etc.the source theory of fire therapy was preliminarily combed and summarized as roasting,burning,smoking,ironing,warm acupuncture,fire needle,moxibustion and branding 8 ways.From archaeological discoveries,we trace back to the history of ancient people’s use of fire,so as to provide evidence for the emergence of fire therapy.The fire therapy is explained by philological research and literally,this article points above its operation methods and explores its action mechanisms,symptoms,also analyses the development process of the therapy and the mutual relationship,the characteristics of the action and the analysis of the relationship are helpful to the inheritance and innovation of fire therapy.Part two,this paper takes the records of the fire therapy in "Huangdi’s Internal Classics"and "Shanghan Zabing Lun"for example.From the perspective of metaphor cognition,we find the theory evidence of fire therapy for diseases.Starting from the characteristics of natural fire,such as " light,heat,rise,transformation,burn down and scorch ",to analyze the mechanism of the fire therapy.The result is from the ancients’ recognition of "the fire of nature".The mapping from source domain "natural fire" to the target domain "the fire therapy",makes ancient TCM experts realize fire could be used to drive out evil spirits and cure of disease.The mechanism of the fire therapy originate from the characteristics of fire,such as " light,heat,rise,transformation".The heat and heat characteristics of fire are all prerequisites for all the fire therapies.Fire can generate a certain driving force,and the heat energy of fire can be transformed into power,and it will play the warm and warm effect of fire continuously.The transformed effect of fire is manifested in the way of fire,which can return to the Yang and help the contrary,and it has the effect of bringing the dead back to life.The fire gear has the characteristics of "burning and destroying things",so when the fire therapy is misused and become a pathogenic factor,it would become the "fire evil".The process of fire forced sweating is called "fire robbery"."Fire inverses" is the evidence of misuse of fire,and the result of "burning and destroying things".Part three,This section discusses the mechanism and the treatment of " Shanghan Zabing Lun" in "fire inverse card" occurred.The fire is the misuse of inverse permit fumigation,hot iron,warm acupuncture,fire needle and moxibustion treatment method of burn caused by the variable card,bad card.According to its mechanism,it can be roughly divided into five categories:solar apoplexy mistaken fire,mistaken fire of typhoid and Yang,mistaken fire of internal thermal,mistaken fire of febrile disease,yin deficiency and mistaken fire.The pathological characteristics of fire reversal syndrome are injury of yin and blood,impairment of heart Yang and heart and soul.In the rescue treatment with inverse Guizhi Longgu Oyster Soup tonifying heart Yang,Anshen dingji,to add paint peony Shu Guizhi keel oyster soup,Yang Zhen Wen counterflow Fuxin surprised the nerves,water and phlegm.Cassia twig and cinnamon soup warm heart Yang,flush and descending,and return to Yang with four reverse soup.Although modern fire therapy is quite different from ancient times,the inverses of fire are almost no longer appearing,But we should learn from the pathogenesis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,it will help to today’s difficult diseases and the prevention and treatment of side effects after radiotherapy.
