Clinical Observation Of Lu Xuejing In The Treatment Of Thrombocytopenia Caused By Chemotherapy

Purpose:To observing Therapeutic effect of Deer blood crystal in the treatment of Chemotherapy—induced thrombocytopeniaMethod:Fifty eligible patients(1.Malignant tumors patients diagnosed by histologic or cytology who need chemotherapy;2.Inpatients,When the platelet count between 25×109/L and75×109/L after chemotherapy;3.The patients need to continue to receive at least two cycles of chemotherapy,dose of chemotherapy adjustment is not more than plus or minus 10%;4.Male or female,Aged between 18 to 70 years old;5.All patients have normal hepatic and renal function;6.ECOG score ≤2;7.Expected lifetime is more than 3 months.)Fifty patients were divided freely into two groups,rh TPO was gived only in Group TPO receiving the rh TPO15000 U,once per day;Group TPO+ Deer blood crystal was treated with deer blood crystal recombinant rh TPO,receiving the rh TPO 15000 U,once per day+the deer blood crystal lg bid,fourteen day is the longest time of observing in these two study.Records in the two groups patients after treatment on platelet count,white blood cells,red blood cells,vital signs,the main symptoms of TCM,liver and kidney function,blood coagulation function and economic costs,adverse reaction and so on.Results:1.The comparison of medicine therapeutic effect,the differences have statistical significance in the two group(P<0.05);2.Platelet count before treatment,platelet count after treatment,the mean recovery time with platelet count>100×109/L,the mean recovery time with platelet count<50×109/L in the two groups,there was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Platelet count after treatment in the two group,the differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The differences of Leucocyte after treatment compared with before treatment in group TPO,the differences of red blood cells,neutrophils have no statistically significant(P >0.05),while group TPO+ Deer blood crystal contrast leucocyte after treatment with leucocyte before treatment,the differences have statistically significant.(P < 0.05).4.The main clinical symptoms of patients were relieved in god symptoms of fatigue,heart palpitations,shortness of breath,sleep,there was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but in stay dizzy,eat less,lumbar debility,spontaneous sweating,night sweating,it is no statistically significant difference between the two group(P > 0.05).5.All patients without obvious adverse drug reaction.Conclusion:The deer blood crystal associated with rh TPO`s effect to treat the thrombocytopenia after Chemotherapy is superior to the single rh TPO.The deer blood crystal can shorten the treatment time of Chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia.Deer blood crystal can elevate patient’s symptoms such as fatigue,heart palpitations,shortness of breath,sleep.Deer blood crystal`s security is good.
